  Good expirence near American International School

  We rented the whole villa 6 at Perfect Haven, OMR location, for three weeks in March 2016. We found the management very supportive during the booking and we got a very good feeling about the place. When we arrived the rooms were fine, but the rest of the villa was not properly cleaned and the kitchen was a total mess with a broken refrigerator. All of these issue were rectified immediately on our first day and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is good in a very nice and clean residential area with grocery stores and small shops easily used if you can negotiate the traffic which is comparatively mild. The factories in the area are loud from time to time, but it did not disturb us. Peace and quiet is not something we expect when renting a villa in a city like Chennai since no sound proofing is built in like at the five star hotels. The beds were equipped with very comfortable mattresses.

  good experience

  the hotel is best for family and friends. I visited the place with my family. the hotel staff are good and service is nice. i really like the hotel. the cost of the hotel is on under my maintenance. good experience with the hotel.

  Between the locality but good to stay

  Hotel is best for family. Area is ambiance & was very quiet with greenery all around. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with all amenities and maintained clean. staff are good and service is nice. Food from out side only. Have inhouse facility too but not much options only Simple food as like in house depends on cook choice. Stayed 10 days due to office with my family. Had good time and enjoyable due to spacious location and local market areas.

  Just okay!

  Just because of the price it charged us, I'm giving a star rating. It's not located on main road. Rooms are just nice, but bathrooms and bedding need improvement. Lack of maintenance is obvious. Complimentary breakfast should be dropped as it does not have a kitchen and can't offer decent hot foods. Staff could barely speak English.

  Good for short visits to the city

  Had an opportunity to stay during a business trip. Little inside from the main road so good from constant traffic and noise. Need more attention of the restaurant owner towards breakfast because it is currently bought from outside and the premises do not have a kitchen on its own.
