  Un lugar hermoso para descansar

  El hotel está al lado de un parque nacional y a unos pasos del centro de Noosa Heads. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Con recámara y sala-comedor y amplia terraza. Internet gratuito y lavadora y secadora de ropa. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Estacionamiento gratuito y hermosa vista.

  Great hotel

  Lovely hotel and the room was spacious, clean and quiet even though close to reception. We had two issues which were frustrating on arrival, firstly since we checked it on a busy Friday night, we had issues finding a free parking space and had to return to reception to ask where to park since both options given were completely full. Then since we parked under the restaurant and entered our building from the pool area we were unable to find our room. Due to the unusual numbering and access of the 92xx & 93xx units, you need to go to to the 3rd floor, then downstairs to the 92xx buildings. There was absoutely no signage when accessing the building from the pool end. This is pretty poor - I am a sign reader and this was the worst signed hotel I have ever stayed in. If we went to completely the other end of the building or entered via the elevator the signage would have been obvious but you cannot expect guests to search for their rooms. It was late, we had a long travel day due to traffic, and this was beyond annoying to have to return to reception to have to ask how to get into our room. As this is an unusual access method, it would have been helpful for reception staff to explain we had to go to the 3rd floor to then enter the stairwell down to our room. Then when leaving the resort the next morning, as we exited from under the reception, there was a big sign on the drive way saying after hours exit only - we presumed we would need to turn left out of the reception parking. We drove through the resort unable to find the exit. I had to stop and ask housekeeping and she said past reception - I said but the sign says no exit - she said go up to the gate and immediately left. Again poor signage leading to much annoyance. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and the pool area was one of the nicest we have seen in ages. The breakfast (included in our package) was exceptional.

  Penthouse wasnt clean enough.. felt a bit grubby. Its really luck of the draw as to which Apt/Villa you get. They are not all equal as they are privately owned.. sometimes its hit and miss. Safe wasnt working, the phone line wasnt working. Staff are great bunch of young people. Very neat and nice manners.

  five star????

  More like a three and a half star rating. Carpet was filthy. Toilet seat fitting was rusty. Bathroom fans were very noisy - whistling all the time. accommodation was noisy. Is that enough?? Hopefully there are better units than the one we had.

  Poorly systemized

  Don't expect to find your way to the resort if it is after hours following google maps. There is no phone number on the locked gate and google maps has their head office number listed on google maps. You also need to be a giant if you want a cup of coffee in your room. The crockery is only accessible by people 6 foot or over. The room was dated. Appliances needed updating.
