  Nice family accommodation

  Great place for a stay with family though my partner and I booked a cottage to our selves, we had heaps of space, very comfortable and also did yoga and workouts in the living area. Kitchen great for prepping meals if you're inclined to cook.

  Cottage No.1

  Advertised as 8 cottages spread around a lawned area Not true. 7 cottages are, but not cottage No.1, and that's the accommodation we were given. Cottage No.1 looks to me like an after thought, squeezed between cottages 2 and 8, and set back away from the lawned area. You may say, oh well, a bit more private all well and good, but your optimism comes with the negatives im afraid. 1. the alfresco area for cottage No.1 faces the dusty entrance driveway to the property with cars and delivery trucks coming and going. 2. To the left of the alfresco area you'll be looking into a huge tin shed. (vehicles from All About Sightseeing & Winery Tours Parked and cleaned here) On one particular day a Vehicle was being dusted off with a brush and vacuumed all while the engine was ticking over for 20 mins. Lovely smell of fumes as the dust settled on our outdoor table. Next to the shed was the pipework to 2 Huge Gas bottles sat on a small grassed area, also in our view. 3. To the right and front the wonderful view of the side of Cottage 8 complete with the gas supply and air con unit to the cottage. Just on a side note We also experienced a staff member on 3 or 4 occasions walking by cigarette burning, not a good look and the smoke drifting across as we ate in our alfresco area. We were going to ask to be moved to another suitable cottage but as it was new year there was no option.

  Brilliant place, clean and tidy, everything you need. Walk to shops ( a little hill ) will be back:) good parking, BBQ's nice shady spot. Friendly wild life. Highly recommend stay, which is nestled in the beautiful margs bushlands.

  Loved it here

  Lovely, basic, very clean cottages within walking distance to town! Lovely grounds, found it very relaxing! Suited our family with three teens as they could ride their bikes to the trails or into town! Also have an obsessive skateboarder and it was 7 min walk to the awesome margaret river skatepark! Would not hesitate to stay there again!

  Perfect place to stay in Margaret River

  The whole experience was great. Sue, the manager, was great to communicate with prior to and during our stay. She was so helpful and even took the time to come to our cottage to advise of bird sightings on the property as she knew I was keen to see them. The cottages are perfectly located. Within walking distance to town, supermarkets and restaurants etc. But also close to lovely bushwalks. There is a nice big lawn area with BBQs and seating and the whole property is surrounded by trees so you feel you are out in the country rather than so close to town. The grounds are well maintained. The cottages are not new but they are well maintained and very well equipped. Very comfortable bed and the whole cottage was very clean. They are good value too. When we visit Margaret River in the future this will be our preferred place to stay.
