  would NOT recommend

  Worst place ever. NOT worth the price all. I'll keep try to keep short - lunch and dinner are either (ill prepared) meat + chips or meat + rice. We were charged extra for a beverage with the meal despite paying for full board. service is painfully PAINFULLY slow.... Despite the fact that there were almost no other guests but us. We had to call reception an average of 3 times even for simple things like ordering dinner. Each time we would be told "I'll call you right back" and yet no call back. We once asked the server to help us with a simple favor, and he brazenly demanded a tip for doing so. The water is not reliable at all. It's either always hot, or not working at all. Our toilet stopped working after the first use. Overall, very negative experience.

  Overpriced for poor services

  I do not recommend this place, does not worth the price at all. Service is way too slow and the reception takes ages to get our requests Each time we called we would be told "I'll call you right back" and yet no call back, even for very simple services such as getting the menu which doesnt even offer many options, only rice or chips with meat. We were charged extra for a beverage with the meal despite the price was supposed to include all charges While they only provide small bottle (30cl) of water each for 2 days! We also once asked the server to provide a bottle opener and he asked a tip for doing so. We could not even shower decently as the water was burning and the toilets were not even flushing NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

  Not Recommended

  It was the worst Experience Ever. I stayed there for 1 day. First, there was no cold water to take a shower or use; the water was boiling hot and despite of several requests; the hotel did not fix it in more than 16 hours after it was first brought into notice. Food was Terrible; very limited choices in menu (I had stayed full board) and they took forever to get the food ready although there were not much clients. I asked for a bottle opener; The waiter after opening the bottle says I have to pay Sh 100 because he helped me open the bottle! Well, its not just about the money but I hate the fact that they do not notify before and well WHO CHARGES TO OPEN A BOTTLE!!!! It is the worst.

  Naivasha Peppercorn Holiday Resort

  Looking for a calm serene environment in naivasha this is be best place to be. The management, Mr. Segei and the staffs makes you feel at home.Very concerned about your comfortability. From the warm welcome, the strong breakfast to dinner.And their hygeine is highly on point. On budget this the place for a get-away. I will definitely make a comeback.

  The Serene...

  The road up there is not for the faint hearted... hopefully have a private car, cab or even "boda boda". The high black gates might also scare you a bit...But once you get in there's this welcome by nature itself , the road winding down...the fresh air... Beautiful and Serene...we opted for the Tent despite the rain threatening. Staff was was helpful and our platter Ok- the chef can do a bit more on the beef and seasoning. Also maybe book directly through the hotel, our online reservation and booking through Agoda took awhile to be confirmed on checking in. Staff handled that professionally...so take in the crisp air, take a walk in the garden and if not to "chicken" skinny deep underneath the stars...
