  Highly recommended

  Visiting pensione Vice was a very positive experience. It is located very closely to the beach with all aminities near it (bars, restaurants, shops etc). Landlady Vesna is very friendly and helpful as well as all the rest of the staff. Rooms are kept very clean and breakfast is included into the price. The area is very picturesque, it's right in the middle between Split and Dubrovnik which is very convinient for travelling around. We would definitely recommend this accomodation for holidays in Gradac.

  Charming and near the beach!

  My partner and 14 year old son stayed here from 3rd to 13th august 2014 (10 days).I must say first of all look at the price for this place.It seems other reviews have been a little harsh expecting 6* hotel for 2* prices. The setting is excellent 30 metres from a lovely beach,restaurants and bars.There is parking but a really big SUV will struggle as a bit tight.The road to hotel goes on the beach road which is a little narrow and full of pedestrians but just head for the church on the hill drop down the other side past Stella bar/restaurant and it's a little further along on the right.The owner is a lovely lady and although she does not speak English (only a mixture of French and German) we got along fine.Whilst the rooms are not the biggest we've ever stayed in and with no air con they are more than adequate and very clean.Ors had a little balcony overlooking the bay.With regard air con the lady gave us an electric fan at no charge.The breakfast is adequate and you are welcome to bring your own extras ( coffee etc).There is a lovely open olive courtyard outside,perfect for chilling out in the evening.There is also free Wi-Fi and beach cushions are available to use.I for one am not one to sit in a hotel room all day when on holiday so if you are active and have a zest for life then this is the place for you.Bear in mind the prices and for what you are paying I think this hotel represents excellent value overall.

  Muy bien ubicado

  Lugar sencillo, pero sumamente bien ubicado a 20 metros del mar, con un agradable jardín, destaca el desayuno que su dueña prepara personalmente incluyendo fiambres quesos, dulces y huevos al estilo casero, si valoran estos servicios sin duda será una excelente opción esta pensión de tipo familiar.

  Worse accommodations of our trip

  Our travel agent booked us into this so called bed and breakfast in Split Croatia. This is no where near Croatia, and the accommodations were one step above a hostel. The linens on both the bed and bath were so flimsy I wouldn't use them as rags. The proprietor was a nice old lady, but this place is old. All I can say is the room was clean, but no air conditioning and no where near Split as we were told. Supposed to stay two nights, couldn't leave there fast enough after one night.

  Great place for relax.

  This pension is a small family hotel. The pension has a great garden to relax during the strong noon sunshine. The pension owner has a very friendly and helpful lady with a fantastic sense of humour. Pension offers a breakfasts which is very tasty. Generally, the atmosphere, service and stay in this pension I can only recommend.
