  Feels like home

  It is the best atmosphere in this hotel. The Geissler family is working together in it and they do their best to make you feel welcome. The food in the evening is always good and plenty. Make sure to order one of Sandras Kaiserschmarn. Lanersbach is a good location for skiing, by bus, you can visit 4 different skiing areas in a short time.

  Friendly and clean

  Wonderful small hotel at the foot of the Hintertux. Familyrun and extremely friendly and serviceminded. We feltt very welcome. Our room had views over the mountains. Nice size terass. The extra bed was comfortable. Recommendable. Well maintained house and rooms.

  Fantastic hotel and service

  This was my third stay with the Geisler Family at Sonnleiten, and for our skiklub it was the 10th stay here. We would NEVER change! The entire family is very serviceminded, and it really feels like coming home. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need, the food is very good (I just wish they would have eggs for breakfast), and very cozy atmosphere in the bar. Georg and Sandra are very flexible for us as a club, since we need to adapt our schedule depending on weather etc, and the hotel has everything we need to have a great week.

  I like it

  I am every year more times in Hintertux valley - this year opening skiing this weekend. First time in this pension. Was very nice, absolut clean, friendly framily owner, no problems with anything, perfect service during breakfast and diner, very good prices, place to park, very near to skiing for small children - by foot! Even during season you should come on skis to this place. Quiet place not near the main valley street.

  Outstanding!

  We had a great 6 nights stay before Christmas in Hotel Pension Sonnleiten. Everything was just perfect. Spacious modern room with view on Hintertux glacier, nice balcony with chairs, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything spotless and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner quality exceeded our expectations, it could be rated even higher than 3*hotel. But what makes this place so special is the pleasant atmosphere created by people who run this hotel. Sandra, Georg and Daniel are very welcoming, warm, friendly, honest and hard working people, they make sure every guest feels welcome, satisfied and comfortable there. The hotel was so tastefully decorated, we loved every corner there. Christmas atmosphere was felt all around the house. Thank you so much for great time and we will be definitely back again.
