  Fabulous!

  Enjoyed my stay at Pension Hattrick as accommodation was clean, comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had room 23 which was at the back so was very quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to using public transport, the bus (No 188) stops right outside the door. I would certainly book this hotel again in the future as it was ideal for a sole traveller. Would be equally suitable for couples or families. Caters for all!

  Friendly Hotel

  Nice small Hotel outskirt of Prague. Nice Reseption which also is here the Breakfast is served. Breakfast is good and plentyful. The Staff is great, very helpful and can answer all yur questions. English spoken. Wi-Fi working perfect. There is a small garden where one can enjouy a glass of wine/beer. City bus stop right outside the Hotel. Busy street with a lot of traffic.

  Great 3* accomodation

  I booked my stay during busy christmas time and as accomodation in the city centre was very expensive, I chose Pension Hattrick. First of all, it looks like its far away from Prague 1 (The Old Town) but getting there is really easy-the bus stop is just next to the hotel and you can transit to the metro by bus every 10 minutes. My room was cosy and clean and my bed was comfortable. The hotel is in hands of a lovely czech family, that were doing their best to keep us satisfied. Breakfast was also great, with a variety of sweet pastries, ham, cheese, normal&brown bread etc. I was never hungry :) I would recommend this place for everyone who are opened to try something different than a hostel and experience czech hospitality. It is a really good 3* hotel :)

  Very nice

  We stayed in pension Hattrick for 5 nights and we were very happy about our choice. This pension is not in strict center is Praha 10 but all connections between bus and underground cudnt be easier. Just in front of pension is bus stop which will bring you to underground. Buses and underground are driving every 3-5 minutes. We didnt hire car and we went everywhere we want Pension is nice very clean (cleaning was done every day) and inside u have everything glasses, cutlery even pots if u want to cook. We had 2 bedrooms apartment which was nice and big. Everyone has their own private area. Bathroom had only bath bud it was okay. Breakfast cud have bigger variety of maybe warm food or different Czech specialty food but were okay. Nothing extraordinary just okay Definitely will recommend this pension for holiday stay

  Disappointing service

  Really disappointing service! Booked a room over new year but our credit card got declined - booking.com gave us 24 hours to update our details and assured us that our room would be held until then. After updating our cc details a few hours later, the hotel informed us that our room had been canceled. Terribly disappointing customer service!
