Love it or hate itI really enjoyed this guest house, but my partner not so much! I found the property to have real character and great charm - the decor (mostly antiques from the region) was beautiful. Even the rooms themselves were unique - our room was very big and in an attic, with roof beams above the bed and little stairs between levels of the room. I would stay here again just for the decor and quirkiness. The property is well located at the entrance to the town and just around the corner from the castle and many coffee shops. The owner is very friendly and the WIFI great. However, there is no lift and the stairs are uneven and not well lit, so carrying luggage can be awkward. There is no aircon and the windows are a bit small, but the high ceiling kept the room cool. The water pressure was not great and the TV (if you really want to watch on holiday) is very small. The double bed is just 2 singles pushed together and they used flannel sheets in summer. Pillows are very flat Breakfast was not great and was just ingredients from the supermarket across the road. This was a pity as the hotel has a kitchen for its restaurant - the restaurant itself was really great and we enjoyed 2 very tasty meals there, so it was sad that breakfast wasn't prepared on site

Don't go thereI went to Pension Danny as part of a G Adventures package. Our tour guide (CEO) said we may have to sleep on mattresses on the floor. He stayed somewhere else. As it turned out the group did not have to sleep on the floor but the rooms were not good and the bathroom had lots of mould. Owner not friendly and breakfast basic. Much better options in the town than this place.

Full of character!I spent 2 nights here as part of a G Adventures tour. And I loved it. The hotel is quaint, quirky and full of character. My room was large and located on the top floor (basically the attic) with a rustic charm, exposed beams and a window overlooking the quiet cobbled streets. It was equipped with a large, comfortable bed and a small dining table and chairs. The bathroom was small but did the job. There are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up to get to the room I had though. Breakfast was provided but was fairly ordinary and limited in choices. The hotel is very conveniently located, with the Castle only a few doors up the road. There are many cafes, bars, shops and places of interest all within an easy walk of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it for those who want a unique, yet centrally located, property.

Enjoy an old house in CKThe house has no lift, we moved the luggages to the 2nd floor. The room is special and the breakfast is okay. We have bathroom in the room. I have checked tripadvisor and some blogs before booking this hotel. So everything is expected and it has reasonable price. Recommend to stay here.

Pensión limpia ysilenciosaSe encuentra en el caso histórico de la ciudad pero si vas en coche puedes acceder a ella. Mu amables, la habitación esta muy limpia y el baño aunque pequeño tiene una buena ducha. El desayuno es correcto.
