    Never stay here again

    price actually good for family budget management pict of this hotel building quite nice but we are so disappointed when we arrive lobby area cigarette smell old building old apartment room spacious with mini kitchen, mini balcony, and mini bathtub but furniture old hotel surrounding only building and a little bit far away from bintang walk difficult to find taxi or grab here i really think this property need renovation!!

    Good Stay

    Good residency when it comes to stay, please be aware this in residential area and dont have any hotel near by and there is no breakfast. So be ready with grab taxi app to start searching for taxi for breakfast..I was kept in dark and realized this on fisrt day..and trust me have to leave without breakfast. Never stay in 1206 room as this is on 12th floor and big blower noise all over during night. No view..this is just next to metro rail line. Room was good and staff maintained the cleanliness every day and good polite staff always ready to help. No restaurant near by be ready to spend lot money for taxi.

    Part hotel part apartment

    10mins walk from the Semantan MRT Driving - easy access from Jalan Duta. But if you are coming from TTDI, you need to make a u-turn at Jalan Parlimen and enter Jalan Duta. Parking - basement parking looks rather spooky. Outdoor parking can be limited at night due to pub visitors. Check in and out is fast. Corridor way is dark sometimes. The elevator works fine. Hotel is quiet all the time. You are surrounded by the residents. In-room wifi is useless. Basic in-room amenities. Separate bathroom, toilet and small tub - for kids. Room is spacious, can fit 10 adults & 4 kids at 1 time. With balcony. Privacy - not good for the room facing the main road and office buildings. Air conditioning is good. Sleeping quality is good. Housekeeping is available in the morning. There is a pub at the lobby. A small middle east restaurant next door which closes around 12am or 1am. Another restaurant in the other block. All within walking distance. Swimming pool available. Overall: Not bad.

    Dirty, noisey and no Wi-Fi.

    we have been back packing around thailand, Cambodia & Malaysia for 6 weeks and this is by far the worst hotel we've stayed at. the hotel is absolutely disgusting there is a horrible smell in the corridor and in the room, there's an even worse smell from the towels, bedsheets, pillows ect. the traffic from the motor way was impossible to sleep with. the hotel is not central at all. the Wi-Fi was non existance. we left 4 nights early with no refund, and the staff didn't ask or care why we were leaving so early.

    A run down place with lots of insects in the room

    I booked this place because it is the nearest hotel to the Prometrics Testing Centre in KL. Upon arriving at the lobby there wasnt anybody, no check in counter of the sort, just few smelly sofas, and a vending machine. Wont recommend this place to anyone in the future unless they are OK with below par service and smelly sofas and insects in the room.
