  What a lovely place, good old fashioned B&B would recommend, traditional place where you feel at home, nice to see people returning again, which shows consistently good service. Central location opposite the spa. easy to get to and parking good outside cost £1.50. Not bad at all. Breakfast is superb too, sets you up for the day

  One night stay

  We arrived for a last min one night stay in bridlington the owner was very friendly we asked if they had availability she let us look around rooms before booking. Rooms dated but clean and cosy tea and coffee facilities in room ,lady was very helpful explained the door code wifi and breakfast times .very close to centre walking distance to harbour with great views breakfast was fine everything catered for cereals and orange juice if wanted and full english with toast staff all very friendly would definitely stay here again parking was 1.50 from the b&b just ask nothing was too much trouble

  Late booking

  Booking Pembroke was a last minute choice. Did it via Hotel.com, quick and easy. We arrived around 7pm and was met by the lady who runs it. She was warm and welcoming. Showed us to our room and explained the front door policy. We were then showed our room. Nice and fresh room, nice deco. We settled in for the night. It was fairly quiet and we slept well, room was just the right temp. My husband had the breakfast and said that it was really nice and filling. Well worth the money we paid. I can highly reccommend the place and will deffo be rebooking in the future..

  Shocking

  Just returned from the worst BnB I have ever stayed at Arriving with our family we was led into a dingy hallway it smelt fusty the carpet was worn out and filthy. We was led to the back room on the ground floor room 2 on entering the passage leading to the bedroom it smelt fusty. On passing the bathroom it looked new and ok, on entering the bedroom I wanted to cry or shout it was a dump so out dated and small for 4 people 2 adults and two children we had no choice due to us paying this owner upfront before our arrival we also traveled by train from Nottingham we was stuck. On opening the wardrobe it smelt really bad of damp and an old fusty smell the two chest of drawers were dirty and smelt awful the bedside table had bits of wallpaper in the drawers so did one of the others. The room was so dusty I cleaned on top of the TV it was filthy the wardrobe was the same on top the window sills were dirty the curtains were full of dust the nets smelt damp. The window had a massive gap when it was shut and it made the room cold and damp you could hear the sea ,wind, and birds like they was in the room. Three of us are Asthmatics and have dust allergies I have suffered sneezing, runny nose, irritated eyes, scratchy throat, coughing, wheezing, I have had none of these prior to staying at this BnB the carpet smelt looked dirty We had to ask for extra cups and was told kids don't use cups usual when asking for clean bedding on taking the cover of the duvet it had yellow stains on on it the CLEAN SHEETS HAD DIRTY YELLOW STAINS ON THEM IT WAS HORRIBLE We had issues with smokers standing on the doorstep with the door open it was terrible it came straight into our already troubled room twice we spoke to the owner and her mother one response was to spray air freshener excessively in the corridor and outside our room we already told her we are Asthmatics absolutely stupid the next was to stick an air freshener outside the door I have never ever met such stupidity. The place needs closing down or being made to deep clean and make massive improvements. we felt the owner is just out for your money don't reply want anyone who don't like sleeping in filth or who will complain The view we got was of dirty alley filled with bins and backs of chip shops noisy and dirty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  I stayed here in August 2020 and now looking to book again as I enjoyed it so much. Had a sea view to die for !! Must be the best location on the South side overlooking the beach and harbour. Room was clean and fit for purpose . Staff great.
