  Good, clean accommodation in a quiet location.

  This is good, clean accommodation in a quiet location. Just metres to the river, park, restaurants and shopping centre. Spacious accommodation with modern styling. The kids pool, on top of the heated pool and spa, was fantastic.

  Disgusting cleaning standards room 2

  We're do I start? Musty smell upon entrance . Mouldy shower. Ridiculous bath hard to use with shower taps that low when showering very unpractable. Just horrible cleaning standards to the point I was concerned for my families health to stay there. Food crumbs in couches. Bugs in the shower. Mouldy sinks. Rats on back verandah at night. Curtains broken. Drawings on walls. Dusty dirty windows and architraves. We enjoyed Noosa but not our apartment. Advised reception upon leaving with no apology.

  Terrible

  Noosa was really busy and so I booked here last minute. The photos looked ok. Parking was good. The pool was nice and the neighbours were friendly. So all ok until I got into the apartment. The decor was so old, tired and grubby. I actually can't believe that they rent this place out. It truly needs a total do over. I believe the apartments are individually owned. Well, this owner needs to put some work into it. The wifi sucked. The service letter on the wall stating not to leave any rubbish or dishes in the appartment is rude.

  Dont Do It

  I stayed with a couple of friends following a trek. The location was good, but that is where it ended. We stayed in unit 2. The bathtub was mouldy, the window sill filthy and there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds were squeaky when you moved, the carpets stained and the cleaning definitely lacking. There was a funny smell and the unit was very run down. The kitchen tiles were cracked or lifting, there was one aircon upstairs for 2 rooms and the cups etc all plastic and old. For the amount of money for the room I was extremely disappointed. I have stayed in places a third of the price of this unit which were 100 times cleaner and nicer. I would definitely never stay at the resort again.

  Beautiful place to stay!

  Perfect location, so nice and quiet! Rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Staff are lovely. Sauna was a pleasant surprise too! About a 45 min walk into hastings street, the river is at the top of the street. Just lovely :)
