Nice hotel if you're a Chinese Business man

This hotel was OK and fit for purpose with a good breakfast. The room was clean and tidy and had all the extras that you'd need...with a few extras that you may not need. (There is an 'extras' price list included in your room that includes condoms & lubes!). We did have a laugh as our room also had a glass panel separating the bathroom from the bedroom. Me on the toilet is not the best view when my wife was watching TV! So I think this hotels main clientele are Chinese Businessmen who need evening entertainment. The bed was very hard, apparently common in China. Very few staff spoke English including the barman who didn't know what 'glass' was. Overall a 'nice' hotel. (Good local food from the restaurant next to the hotel entrance)

    A disapointing business hotel

This was the last stay on out Wendy Wu China Experience tour and the worst by far. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was not, with dirty hand towels on the floor and a very dirty shower curtain. The hotel has a bar area but the bar only had whiskey and heiniken beer available some of the time. We had to go to the local shop and drink in the room! The air condit0ining did not work at all. Breakfast was awful, there was no butter available on the last morning and the toaster is in need of replacement as some of the slots don't work. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

    Don't waste your money not a 4*

Cheap it maybe but it's a waste of money!! Area - not very nice Hotel staff - very very unfriendly, unhelpful, rude and not anyone I spoke to spoke nor understood simple ENGLISH! Arrived at 3pm on a Saturday took 30mins to book in. Went to see an Acrobatic show at 1800 which was brilliant. Then returned to the hotel at 2030hrs to find that this hotel do not do room service hence had to find a place to eat which I was very unhappy as the area was not very nice. Went for breakfast at 0940hrs on a Sunday to be told that breakfast was finished!! Asked the receptionist for me to talk to the duty manager and a young guy asked why arrogantly. Someone in black suit came to my room but AGAIN he couldn't speak English nor understood my complain no matter how slow I spoke!!! The hotel seemed to be used by very young students who woke me up at 0600hrs with their very very noisy chats. You can't even sit in the lounge peacefully as they were everywhere!!! Therefore this hotel is really not for tourist!!! This is the worst hotel I had been in any Asian countries and it's not a 4* but more of 1*. Another occupant was also complaining about his room and was also completely ignored! He also felt that this is not a 4* it claims to be. He was also very unhappy with young people loitering around the hotel making so much racket!! Finally an advice to all travellers - STAY AWAY FROM HERE unless you want to starve and have headaches! I don't understand how others gave this place a good rate as it does not deserve it nor be used as a hotel for people who wants to visit Beijing. I blame my travel agency for recommending this as part of my holiday it's a disgrace!!!

Stop for the night between flights

Very big and noisy, not a luxury hotel at all. Breakfast buffet on the ground floor and all carpets did not look like they has been cleaned for ages. Rooms were ok, nothing special, but you could walk to some of the main interest points from here without too much issue. Staff were helpful, the lift was fast to all floors and everything worked.
