Facts and figuresThis is my most difficult review. On one hand the host Filip was very friendly and helpful to us. Really very kind. On the other hand I have to give realistic information about the place for other visitors. I have booked through the most popular booking site with the impression that this is hotel. Actually they are serviced apartments. Location is on the road between Stafylos and Skopelos. For everything you need a transport (car, bike etc.). Climate is unique in the evenings a spree of fresh air is coming from the mountain-very nice. Exterior of the place - well maintained. Beautiful garden, very nice houses and a pleasant swimming pool. Parking is available on the back side. Service is provided daily. The cleaning is every day and really well provided. Towels are changed every day. Clean and nice. Bedsheets changed every second day. Refrigerator and all other equipment again very clean. Price was good 70 eur/night for family of 4 in July. Furniture in our room was very basic made from pine wood. Apartment is really small. Sofa on first floor that converts into 2 separate beds. Kitchen wit 2 hot plates, refrigerator, sink and kettle is available. Bathroom with the toilet and sink is with size of 1,60/1,60m. Toilet seat needs to be changed since it it is stained over the years. Wardrobe on first floor is for 2 people max. Second floor is an wooden construction with steep narrow staircase. Size of this second floor is app 3,50/3,00m. No wardrobe there. Bed is 1,30m width. For me very uncomfortable for 2 adults. The worst part is that there is no window on the second floor and no air circulation. Air conditioner is very weak and doesnt help. There is only 1 socket on the second floor and you are using it for hair dryer, TV and phone charger of 2 people. TV was not functioning properly on the program that was showing world soccer championships. On the other hand if the TVs on first and second floor work together it is becoming a noise war. WiFi is available free of charge. In majority of the time it is dramatically slow. So slow that even e-mail was not working. It was more acceptable early morning and after midnight. Room balcony is big and nice. It provides fresh air for the first floor in the night. Filip sells homemade olive oil that is of a very good quality (in my opinion).

Best host everPhilippos is the heart and soul of this beautiful establishment and will go above and beyond to help at anything he is asked. When informed about something not working properly he immediately replaced it, something seldom seen at other hotels i have been. The apts are clean and cozy as well as the pool is clean and comfortable.

Fabulous holiday in SkopelosWe had a wonderful stay here. Philip is a welcoming and approachable host who makes everyone's stay at Pegasus Apartments really special. He goes the extra mile without being asked to. The apartment (we had room 333) was spotlessly clean and typically Greek. We slept well in comfortable beds and the sheets were changed every other day. Towels were changed daily and the rooms were cleaned every day too. The air conditioning was welcomed as it was very warm at night. We had a large balcony which was perfect to watch the sun go down. Philip took us to the supermarket and also to Skopelos town for an evening out. We also hired a car to explore the island and really enjoyed our time at Panormos Beach and Kastani Beach. We visited the Mamma Mia Chapel and would advise anyone to go after 6pm when it isn't quite so warm. We enjoyed some wonderful food and Greek hospitality on the island of Skopelos and would highly recommend Pegasus apartments as a base to explore the island. Thank you, Philip.

Great place, great people! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was kept very, very clean, including the wonderful swimming pool. The room had good self-catering facilities with a view over the well-kept gardens. We'd recommend this to anyone, and we fully intend to go back. Craig and Sue, Athens
