  Casi todo fue perfecto.

  Todo fue casi perfecto, el problema es algunos empleados son poco amables con los huespedes. es un buen contraste por lo contratio los dueños son muy atentos y brindan una atencion personalizada. Hay un chico mesero en la mañana es muy grosero y una chica en la recepcion de cabello corto con una muy mala actitud. Pregunten por Eder el habla castellano y hará de tu estancia en Edén house un placer.

  en general promedio.

  El hotel es muy lujoso a simple vista, si bien la zona es rara, el mismo se caracteriza por la modernidad y la prolijidad. A tener en cuenta, no son muy amables los empleados en general, sobre todo uno de estatura pequeña. La habitacion era perfecta, pero el baño ademas de no ser muy comodo, se encontraba muy desalineado con hongos en las pinturas el techo. Luego la facturacion no condijo con lo que me cobraron. ( en teoria debia incluirme el desayuno y me lo terminaron cobrando).

  ESTAFA ! HORRIBLE !

  Reservé una habitación con un amigo y al llegar ahí nos enteramos que la Guest House estaba llena ya que ahí fuera había otro huésped esperando, y el recepcionista (que vino de otro Hotel que tienen) le dijo al otro huésped que le iban a dar un upgrading a una habitación de más nivel porque estaban completos. Me esperaba que a mi amigo y a mí nos asignaran otra habitación en otro hotel (lo que se hace cuando hay overbooking) y nos metieron en un zulo medio abandonado como si fuera la cosa más normal del mundo (las fotos son fundamentales para entenderlo y comparar con el resto de habitaciones). Cuando le comenté al recepcionista que lo que nos habían asignado no era una habitación sino un bunker, se rió contestándome que ese era el sitio donde se había criado como si fuera la justificación más normal del mundo. Sucio, techos de aluminio como si fuera una chabola, hormigas, cucarachas y lleno de moho, NUNCA JAMÁS !!! A pesar de las quejas pasaron del tema.

  Could be nice.

  Other guests raved about the service but except for Eli we had none. Great bathtub. Good bed but noisy all ought every night. Dry small alley location. Fun but funky. Not cheap for what it is. We left after five nights and they carped about not charging us. We moved to a nice clean Ibis in a Jerusalem. That was nice.

  Disgusting Unsafe Filthy and Depressing Jail Cells are nicer

  DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER STAYING HERE This is the worst place Ive ever booked. If they ever had a fire youd never get out, the front door is locked with a key pad, (no code supplied) theres no staff on site or anywhere, but the glass in the door is missing so anyone can reach through and let themselves in. Ive been involved in emergency planning and its my opinion that no fire department would approve this place. Just by propitious timing there was an Austrian tourist who could not get the key to work in his door so he led me back about six blocks to a hostel that gives out the room keys. I would never have known and would have been stuck. No one answered the phone, no one was on site and you are in your own. The Peer Boutique is no longer affiliated with Peer guest house and I can understand why it is not, it would lower any brand. The woman at the hostel had me on her list but knew nothing else about the Peer and although nice could be no further help. My room was on the second floor at the end of the hall. In a fire you would never get out unless you could jump through the window. It was the size of a small walk in closet and reminded me of a jail cell or something out of a horror movie. No TV and a struggling air conditioner that didnt cool the room when I turned it in and left it for a while, water spots and a hole in the entrance area ceiling. The room was filthy. The tiny fridge had about 4 inches of ice on the freezer portion thereby limiting the already tiny useful space and of course blocking the entire freezer portion. The bathroom was the size of a phone booth with an open shower, no door or curtain, a tiny tiny sink (from a doll house) and again, Ive seen nicer facilities in a jail. (Work, not incarcerated.) The halls were dark, one has to walk all the way down to the end of the hall to get to the narrow, dark staircase then back to the front of the building to get to my room. Again, in a fire youd die before escaping or rescue. Im not sure about smoke detectors or CO2 but I doubt anything there works. There was so much dirt and dust on the filthy rug, floor and beside the mini free standing clothes closet that I wouldnt even take off my shoes and I did not have a Haz-Mat suit with me. I booked this blindly because it was the special Hotwire rate but this was the first time Ive been so disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT STAY HERE
