  No estoy seguro del lugar.

  Los apartamentos son excelentes, enormes y lindos... La atención del personal es excelente. Pero más allá de ello, no dan la talla. La presión de agua es muy mala, el agua caliente va y viene, el techo se llueve en el baño (estábamos en el último piso), la limpieza no era buena (arena en la bañadera, olor en el baño, piso algo sucio, etc). Por otro lado, no hay ascensores, por lo que tenés que subir 3 pisos por escaleras con las valijas (al menos en nuestro caso que estábamos en el último piso). La recepción tiene gente hasta las 5.30pm y si pasa o necesitás algo fuera de ese horario, estás frito. El restaurante no abre a la noche, sólo para desayuno y almuerzo, por lo que tenés que irte al hotel Pullman a cenar ya que los lugares de al lado, son más para almorzar. La playa es buena y queda del otro lado de la calle. La otra contra es la ubicación, queda muy cerca del aeropuerto y lejos de todo lo demás, lo que puede ser bueno para algunos, pero si querés ir a Patong Beach a comer o hacer shopping, tenés que pensar en 1 hora de viaje... No es caro, porque una van ida y vuelta nos costaba para 10 personas, unos USD 60. También tiene una buena pileta y gimnasio pero no nos convenció. Ojo, por el precio que pagamos es un excelente lugar, corregiría el tema del agua caliente y presión, como también poner personal 24hs y un lugar donde poder cenar o tomar un trago por la noche.

  Amazing- would go again for sure

  Everything was amazing- the pool, rooms and tranquility of the location. It is only 50 metres from the beach yet quiet when you need some rest. Naithon beach is a beautiful spot which is seemingly much quieter than the Patong for example. Mr Tom is a local driver who sits outside of the Pearl and is fantastic- make sure you ask for him. His prices are great and he has brilliant English and a great sense of the local area and took us to places we could only ever imagined of.

  Nice, quiet, mellow

  We booked an AirBnB here for 3 nights. We thought we would stay elsewhere in Phuket for the other 3 of our vacation. We loved it here. Naithon Beach is a nice little beach town that is a world away from Patong, Kata, Karon, etc. Its a real town and this place is 100m from beach. There are several good restaurants in town and a small market. Pool is really nice and very quiet. Would stay here again.

  Laid back and quiet

  These are serviced apartments not hotel rooms. We stayed here for two nights its an easy 20 mins by cab from Phuket airport. The accommodation is lovely and clean, the bed and mattress very comfortable, and the communal pool is excellent really good size (big enough for proper lengths) and plenty of sun loungers. although there were a few little issues such as air con being a bit hit and miss, ice machine not working, washing machine but no laundry powder, patio door difficult to open. 3 nights in this resort was enough for us its very quiet and not much in the way of nightlife but the beach is super and the food from the vendors that set up stalls right on the beach are affordable and delicious. Dont come here expecting Patong on a small scale you will be disappointed.

  Quiet and clean except for maintenance

  This is a great spot for a large family or those seeking a refuge from the noise and chaos. Apartment AF02 was spacious enough for four people with 2 bedrooms. The problem was both bathrooms started leaking the first day and flooded the floors with two inches of water. The television was not subscribed to get a reception. The office said they cant do anything because its Christmas and refused to contact owner of this unit. This was not made clear to us before we paid in full. No effort was made to say sorry or give a discount. They were very responsive until we paid. Otherwise the area is pleasant with food choices and a beach. Just do due diligence before booking.
