  The hotel enjoys being having no competition in Muzaffarabad. Otherwise there are some facilities like iron and tea making cattle in room which are must. Similarly the Resturant serves limited food with prices on higher side. If it gets busy then u get ur order after 1.5 hours. Breakfast is good but with same choice everyday. Location is the best plus point they have. Overall the stay is comfy and relaxing.

  Nice place to stay

  Situated in a nice location overlooking Muzafarabad, this is a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms with all modern conveniences and free car parking. Staff are welcoming and helpful. However food services are really lagging behind. Food Standard has remained poor during my different visits. When we ordered tea at night time we were told it will arrive in one hour. When we contacted again after one hour we were at midnight that it will take another 20 minutes. We had to cancel the order. We heard the same complaints about room service and restaurant food from other guests as well. Its unfortunate that lack of attention to small things destroys the image of otherwise good hotel. I really hope the management will take the feedback seriously and try to improve room service and specially the quality of their food.

  Nice place for stay in Kashmir muzaffarabad. amazing view, trained staff of housekeeping everything of room like linen, curtain, floor and washroom was clean and sanitize, five star amenity place in washroom. thanks to all PC Muzaffarabad team special Mursaleen. We will be come soon again..

  Very helpful staff

  The best thing I liked about this hotel and Muzaffarabad in general are its people. Simple and helpful. Plenty of tourists around but no one looks at the visitors as if they have come from a different planet. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It was not operating at its full capacity so there is only one restaurant working. The buffet breakfast could have had a better spread. The restaurant is expensive and one needs a car to travel to any other place to eat. I would suggest hiring a car with a driver for your entire trip. The hotel is non smoking but there are some rooms with a balcony where one can smoke. Smokers must ask for such a room when booking. The gym is very basic. Undoubtedly the best place to stay if one visits Muzaffarabad.
