  Lovely Food

  We stopped in for food last week, we just stumbled across it on the way back from a day of sightseeing and would definitely call again when back in Galway, we really enjoyed it. We both had steak sandwiches and can't fault them. They were really tasty and large portions, loads of meat in them, we were too stuffed for desserts. The staff were very friendly and helpful, seated us straight away and took order soon after, the food came out quickly enough and the waiter came back to check on us, everything was lovely. Just to add, they seemed to be following the Covid guidelines too, there was a one way system in through the front door to the restaurant and out another door at the back of the restaurant/bar, the tables are well spaced and the staff we encountered all had masks which was reassuring.

  Very Good

  I wasnt sure what expect as the hotel is very isolated and 1st impression from the outside wasnt great, but the receptionist was very welcoming and the room all be it basic was comfortable and spacious. The food was brilliant value at 30 for a beautiful steak, desert, coffee and a pint, served with a smile and efficiently. This alone would bring me back again. The breakfast was excellent and the waitress was super friendly and chatty, when I asked for a take away cup for my left over coffee for my car journey, she was so nice and gave me a fresh one. I stay in plenty on hotels midweek due to work and its always the friendly ones I drive out of my way to stay again. Excellent value for money

  What an unreal place!!

  We were here for a few pints and we decided to get some mash. Fabulous mash, fabulous service and fabulous pints. The service was phenomenal, shoutout to the boy with purple hair for looking after us so well, the lady and the boy at the carvery were all so lovely! What a spot, we will most definitely be back !! Name badges are a must I wish I could name them

  Wonderful stay

  Stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Food was beautiful each evening. Sunday morning breakfast was a bit hectic but Mondays was fab and waitress was so friendly. Great location and amazing views. Trip to cong was defo worth a visit. Staff so helpful on reception for hikes around. Will most definitely return.

  Quality stay in beautiful surroundings and sunshine.

  We had a great two night stay in this delightful friendly family run Hotel. The check in was smooth and efficient, the room and beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable. We felt safe with all the pandemic restrictions being adhered to with the one way system and yellow signs and floor arrows to guide us. We also dined here in the evenings and the menu and service was excellent. The staff in particular are what makes the place such a success. They are hard working ,helpful and friendly with lots of suggestions as to what to do and see in the area. Overall, Bríd, Paddy and staff looked after us very well. We are looking forward to our next visit already!
