  Much recommend

  Stayed with family, staff are too good.. very comfortable atmosphere. The place is awesome and very convenient. Definitely a recommended place to visit. The room service and the foods is absolutely delicious. The place provided breakfast and dinner. The owner of the boathouse are very nice.

  Amazing Stay, Felt at Home

  We (2 people) booked an entire houseboat for ourselves for 2 nights at a reasonable rate, directly through the owner, Ahmed Ji. Right from receiving us from Ghat No 1 at Nigeen Lake, to our houseboat by an amazing Shikara Ride, it was such an amazing experience. Ahmed Ji was right there to welcome us at the houseboat, followed by a Kahwa session, prepared by our very own Manzoor Ji. We also had a plate of onion pakora, which was readily prepared by them for us to enjoy. Unfortunately, we were coming from Gulmarg, and had food at various places. My spouse felt unwell on the 2nd day. Ahmed Ji was extremely kind to arrange a Doctor with whom we had a phone consultation. Ahmed Ji also arranged all necessary medicines after which my better half recovered the next day itself. Manzoor Ji was always there to attend to our requirements at any point of time. He is such a lovely person. Tanveer Ji took great care in terms of our food. The entire team carefully noted our requirements, and served us accordingly. We absolutely felt at home. Tanveer was also a key person to bring all necessary medicines. On our day of departure, we decided to have a Shikara ride from Nigeen to Dal Lake, whch took approx 1.5 hours. Farooq Ji was the man. He explained the culture, livelihood surrounding the lake. On our request, he was also kind enough to manage our shikara ride, absolutely uninterrupted by anyone else. Right at Ghat 15, Dal Lake, Ahmed Ji also kept a car ready to take us to Srinagar Airport. Our room was kept warm and cozy, properly decorated. Booking the entire houseboat proved to be a prudent choice for us, considering the privacy and peace we required. We passed our time, experiencing the sunrise, right from our bedroom. Rooms with grand lake and mountain view, warm cozy peaceful atmosphere, literally 24 hours hot water facility in the restroom, good fresh food, great caring crew, what else we could have asked for. Wish to come back again very soon.

  Wonderfull staff. Humble. Super amazing services. Beautiful view The houseboat had 2 rooms and beautiful interior! Mr tanvir bhaijan was really humble and sweet! Always take a houseboat at Nigeen lake only. Recommended. Peaceful!
