Lovely people but very poor roomsAs a young backpacker I wasn't expecting much but the rooms are nothing like the photos which was a shame and in the four nights we stayed here the room was not cleaned once. Neither were the towels or bed linen changed. The staff could speak very poor English but went out of their way to help us when we needed help. They were lovely! When we arrived our room was covered in ants so they sprayed some bug killer which seemed to do the trick. The rooms are incredibly basic and dated with only one plug socket and dirty walls and what quickly became a dirty floor and bathroom as it wasn't cleaned. There was no wardrobe, fridge or place to put any belongings over than the dirty floor. A basic hotel is fine for us but it wasn't what we were expecting at all from the photos so it came as a shock

Worst night in Bali.My friend and I stayed here for a night, we had booked for 3 but only paid for one and checked out early. We are backpackers that are used to hostels and cheap hotels but this was beyond disgusting. Horrible location on the side of a highway with little to no restaurants nearby. Very dirty rooms with bugs in the bathroom, very little toilet paper provided. One of the lights was out in our room so we were in the dark the entire time and there were no windows. Only one power outlet and it was in the bathroom. The person we spoke to at the front desk in the evening was visibly high on drugs and couldn't converse with us at all in English. There was a bat living outside our door that flew at us when we walked by. The wifi was spotty at best and everything was dirty. We slept in our clothes.

Not as good as it looks..The place is fine if you need a crash pad for a night. But there are NO service, you have to ask for fresh towels, and to get fresh linen! The Staff there are really nice, but severely underpaid!!! There is only a communal urn for hot water, they don't supply drinkable water to you! We spent 12 days there only because we pre paid online thinking it was good value! We were sooooo wrong!

The hotel needs improvementWe stayed at the hotel for two nights, luckily for us our trip to Sanur involved full day activities. The hotel is very old and has not been renovated since its inception. There is a clear need to change the bathroom fittings and check door knobs and locks. The room lacked a proper light and a dustbin. The most disappointing thing is that the hotel doesn't accept card payment. Thankfully we had some IDRs handy and were able to make the payment.
