  Worth your Money

  We stayed here for 1 night only. but it was worth it. the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. they arranged everything from our transfer from Kalibo Airport to the port to the place. Our room was good for 6pax but it was spacious enough for us. the internet was very fast! that's a plus point. and the place was very near to D'mall and other establishments. and they have a common Kitchen that you can cook your meals for free.

  The same as what you expected in booking online

  Expectations were met. Actually my friends got amazed when we arrived. The room was spacious enough for us. Great hotel if you are on a budget. You could cook. It is not a five star hotel so don't expect that towes or toiletries will be changed everyday. It's a budget hotel so at least we were thankful enough that we were provided with towels each (6 persons)

  Good Service

  We stayed here for 3 nights, just last week. We stayed at the Standard Double on the 1st night and at the Standard Quad on the 2nd and 3rd nights 'coz our company was expected to arrive on our 2nd night. No reception area. You will be confused at first to who you'd approach for checkin, you just gotta ask the people you'd see in the building. Towels are already provided. Public restrooms are clean. Staff are not that organized, though. 'Coz they were confused when we told them that we needed to transfer rooms on our 2nd night eventhough it is already booked beforehand. Checkout was supposed to be 12nn but they were kind enough to let us stay on our 1st room until we get transferred to the Standard Quad at 2 PM. Accommodating and corteous staff. Nice TV and cable. Nice AC. Though their provided blanket for 2 was too small. More like a blanket for 1. Wifi was strong but has time limit. Near d' mall and the beach which is perfect for a budget hotel. You can expect more from this budget hotel.

  Misleading Location

  I found this accommodation via another travel app, it fits our budget so I booked a room for 4 for March 4-6. We're travelling for the first time as a family (my husband and I, plus our 2 kids aged 6 and 2). We were looking for a place near the beach so it would be accessible for us. Their ad says it was a 5 minute walk going to white beach, plus it was relatively cheap so I booked for 2 nights. Pros: 1. 2 nights accommodation for 4 only cost us PhP 5,600. 2. You can cook for a fee of PhP 200 / day at their common kitchen. Hot water is free via the common kitchen. 3. Spacious room, working flush, hot shower, tissue. 4. If you are a Kite Surfing enthusiast, this accommodation would work for you since it is a 3-4 minute walk away from Bolabog Beach. 5. As promised, Wi-Fi was strong in the entire property. Cons: 1. They have a Patricks Home and Patricks Home Annex - the first one have super steep steps going to the rooms and is not therefore good for travelling groups with kids in tow. I know of this because we went there by mistake first. 2. No reception area / reception desk 3. Contrary to what the ad said, it wasn't a 5 minute walk going to white beach. The Annex building is farther away. More of 15 to 20 minutes walk. 4. The room we stayed in smells a bit musty, and the sheets looks like we were the second ones to use them. Smells like someone had already slept on them for a few days. Towels feels scratchy. 5. Old airconditioning is not good enough for the size of the room. 6. Steep steps - steeper steps in the main building. 7. Hang your wet clothes to dry inside your room (this was probably the reason why the room smells a liitle musty) Overall, we had quite a vacation. It would have been more fun if we stayed closer to the beach, but for budget conscious groups, this should do. For travelling families, I suggest you book elsewhere.

  Good staff

  We stayed here for 2 nights. We got a promo from one of the websites and as you can see in the pictures, their rooms was really nice to see. Also in person. Their rooms looks good because of the wallpaper they had in the walls. Nice touch of color combinations. Although its really far from the seaside. Still worth your pay. :)
