  In the middle of everything

  This 4 star hotel was just in the middle everything, good for food, shopping and sight seeing. I was there for 1 night.  The room and bath are clean, staff approachable and friendly. They have a whirlpool with warm water&playground, my children was very happy! Thanks Parta, will stay here again insyaAllah

  Great

  This hotel was restorated from one old hotel under patra group, and the result is perfect, good room, good space, perfect bed, perferct breakfast, One more, this hotel have a good location, if you stay on saturday night there will be car free day in sunday morning, you can have some activity there Perfect!

  Nice Hotel, Very Clean ...

  Loved to stay there, the room was spacious and clean, and also located in the main road Jalan Dago ... many fashion outlets and food court can reach by walking. Recommended if you wish to spend holiday in Bandung .

  Great Service, Excellent Location

  I love everything about this hotel, especially the location. It's within walking range to RS Borromeus, where my favorite Nasi Bebek Ali is located. The staffs were all so nice, friendly, and helpful. The receptionist helped me printing some documents free of charge. Thank you, Patra Comfort! The only minus: there were thrashes (used bottled water and milk) inside the fridge so I guess the cleaning service didn't do his/her job thoroughly. Ah, also my room was located in a different building so it took some walks from the receptionist.

  Good location, poor facilities

  We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the event that we attended. Hotel staffs were very courteous. We checked in and did not check the bathroom facilities. We went out for the event and back at midnight. When I took a shower I realized the top shower did not work and i hated to call the servicemen to fix it, so i showered from the lower faucet like a kampung boy, so did my wife. The next morning it was fixed. The bathroom did not have proper venting system so the sweaty shirt we hung and the toilet smells very obvious and last longer. Breakfast was average. The swimming pool was dissapointing since the smokers can smoke in the facility and also people without proper swimming cloth can wear so in the swimming pool. You know singlet like the one in the attached photo can bring lot of diseases to other swimmers. Hopefully you can fix this.
