  Nice experience

  come here for business trip. I booked deluxe suite room, the room is very cozy and clean and the food is also nice because I just stay here for 1 day so I don't have enough time to go out and I decided to try food hotel I will stay at Patra Cirebon again if one day come here again

  New Hotel.... that's just it....

  It's a new hotel in Cirebon... operational in mid 2019. Location is nice and as a new hotel, everything looks so nice. Rooms are clean, bedsheets and towels are also looks and smell nice. Nothing to complaint here. Booked 2 (two) rooms, we got connected rooms, nice....Only stayed here for a night on our way back to Jakarta after year end roadtrip from East Java. Breakfast served with many varieties but the tastes are just average, nothing really stands out. One thing that I felt need to be addressed here was that during breakfast, they have 1 (one) stall for fried rice (taste good), but the cook was really tired after serving quite some hours I guest, and she requested someone to replace her, but for that replacement, I have to wait about 5 mins before the replacement took her place... I did not complain because she politely ask me to wait, but appropriately they should not make guests wait. Good hotel, recommended.

  When i arrived at the hotel i got surprised because they have very good service. It feel like Im at home and the ambience also so good.The hotel have rooftop to enjoy and relax the view with your friends or family

  Nice hotel

  On arrival, we werent greeted immediately by anyone from the hotel. Although the bellman came shortly to collect our things. Check-in was little challenging because their staff werent that fluent in English luckily my brother-in-law was their to interpret. But its okay we were able to communicate most of the time but this is something they can invest and improve on. They are most helpful when talking to the delivery guys from gojek because all of them cannot speak English and we are thankful for the front desk staff from saving us all the time. The rooms are spacious and clean. Was surprised that the room advertised as Queen Bed is more likely using a King Bed. It was huge to fit in 2 adult and 1 kid. Toiletries are provided but take note they dont have a shaver. They also do not have an Iron and Iron Board to loan. If you need to press your clothes their housekeepers can do it for a fee. Breakfast on weekends are more extravagant they have more varieties in terms of live stations. They also have ice cream and fresh fruit juices! Both local and western food are available. But then again we need more people learn how to speak English most of the waiters were unable to understand us nor can they express themselves. Overall this hotel is good and recommended.

  One of The Best Hotel in Cirebon

  Stayed for one night for bussines purpose and its my third stay in this hotel, the room itself quite large for me and comfy and the bathroom got that rainfall shower that i loved the staff super friendly and the breakfast is got a lot to offer seriously one of the best breakfast buffet in my book eventhough my last stayed they renovated the lobby it never disapointed me in the service area. All and all quite Amazing
