  "birthday blast!

  ..i would like to say thank you so much for granting our request lastnyt for my friend's birthday..to the manager of this hotel who is very kind to allow us open the rooftop pool so that we can have a great bonding time with my friends,celebrating his birthday on your area...also to the receptionist Mam,she's so nice to us and always welcome us with her smile..i would highly recommend this hotel...they we're so nice and kind people, very satisfactory service ever! We would definitely comeback again soon

  Best Hotel in Phuket!

  I have been twice to Phuket with my friend and never have we ever looked for another Hotel. Our Dear friend Sushil, who is a Manager there, is an amazing guy and living there makes us feel like home. Already started planning my next trip just to blow off some steam and have a peaceful holiday at Vits Patong Dynasty. And Sushil being there makes it even more exciting as it's fun to be with him. I would totally recommend this Hotel for all kinds of group. Have a great time over here you guys, it's an amazing place to spend your Holidays. All in all, Neat rooms, friendly staff and a good manager with kind heart. Love this place from my whole heart!

  Shocked

  This may have been the worse hotel i ever stayed at. I understand a budget hotel and wasnt expecting much, and this was still way below. Checked into the room and the location wasnt great as expected. About a 40 min walk to the beach so not horrible. However the hotel itself is another story. Check in process was easy but as we opened the door to the room the smell knocks you back. Like old sweat and mildew. I booked a standard room which to my surprise had no windows (fire/safety hazard?). It got worse from there. The sheets were stained and old. Shower curtain was filthy. The drain in the shower was clogged and would flood the entire bathroom with about an inch of water. Everything about the room was disgusting. I went downstairs to get a iron but none was available. However the owner did allow me to go with the staff to his personal room which he lives in and go through his things to find his iron. Super weird. I asked for a refund immediately but was denied. I understand wanting a cheap Hotel but this was still overpriced for what you receive.

  Please don't ever try to stay in that hotel. Otherwise you will loose your belongings. They will not help you in any way. Without our knowledge they will come in to our rooms and take away of our belongings.
