  Increíble hotel y spa

  Muy lindo hotel en muy linda isla!! Hotel 5 estrellas con Todas las comodidades. Amplias habitaciones, impecables, con camas extra grandes, piscina privada. Excelente desayuno, restaurant y servicio en laPlaya. Muy buena la atención del personal.

  Para nada 5 estrellas

  Estoy alojada en este hotel por la segunda noche.El hotel es increïble ,muy bonito y con una playa preciosa para descansar. Lo que hace a un hotel de 5 estrellas no es solo que el hotel sea bonito,viajamos por todo el mundo y en Grecia por 6 vez ,es el único hotel excepto el chico del bar por la noche que no te hacen ni una sonrisa .cuando pides algo parece que te hagan un favor,pedí una infusión en la playa y me la dejaron encima de la hamaca de al lado de mi marido,mire a la chica y le dije k por favor me trajera una mesa para poner la infusión y mi frappe que me lo dio en la mano La habitación está bien,pero solo El Segundo dia faltan toallas de manos,solo de ducha,no teníamos ni gel ni champú y tuvimos que volver a llamar para pedir. Ahora Ya Estoy aqui y no Puedo cambiar però el personal es frio y antipatico No lo recomiendo Un saludo Dolocamu

  Spacious room overlooking the pool

  5 star hotel in a beautiful location. Situated right on the beach with it's own sunbeds and crystal clear sea. We got an upgrade due to it being our wedding anniversary. Our room overlooked the pool and was very spacious. Breakfast was very substantial offering cold meats/cheeses, fruits, cereal and a hot choice as well. There was also a very wide choice of bread and rolls to choose from

  Excellent location

  We spent 5 nights in this hotel in a room overlooking the swimming pool. We enjoyed the design of the room, the direct access to the swimming pool. As a client you have also direct access to the beach of the hotel which is good, and youre walking distance from another beautiful beach (Petra beach). The breakfast is good quality overall and the staff is friendly. In our eyes the hotel is lacking some services/amenities for a 5* experience: - the room was very hot when we arrived (probably because it hadnt been occupied in previous days) and we could not sleep because of the heat. - for the same reason probably, the room was very dusty the first day - room service/reception could be improved (we phoned reception for shower gel but it was not brought to our room) - overall breakfast service was a bit chaotic at times But overall we recommend this hotel is you stay in Patmos.

  Shockingly bad; Two stars, too many

  I had a seaview deluxe suite at the Aktis Suites hotel where I stayed for 9 days in August 2020. At over 650 a night I was expecting accommodation and service commensurate with what I was paying for. It was shockingly bad. To start with, in a COVID-19 era, I was expecting a level of cleanliness that would protect clients given the difficult circumstances we face. Instead, the hotel did not even measure up on basic cleanliness. Every time my room was cleaned, there was hair left in the room and frankly, it was quite disgusting. I train on a daily basis and do sit-ups and push-ups. I was shocked to see dust and dirt under the bed as if it had not been cleaned for weeks. Furthermore, other than disinfectant dispensers spread in various locations, looking as if they have not been cleaned for ages, there was no hand sanitisers on tables or in the rooms. Also, I never saw the sunbeds disinfected before new guests used them. Breakfast was an an incredibly disturbing experience. Other than the quality of the produce, which was consistently bad, the hotel used the excuse of the COVID-19 to ration to a minimum what was given. We were asked to fill a page stating what we want for breakfast. Our order was never delivered right over 9 days, the coffee consistently arrived 30 minutes after the food arrived, the water glass arrived twice tasting of eggs, and the fresh orange juice always arrived mixed with canned juice. When we complained, the manager shrugged often saying we were right. The location of the hotel with its own beach and friendly staff, if untrained and inefficient, are the only two things this hotel has going for it. It needs a total reshuffle of its management, with a team that knows what it means to manage a five-star hotel. It needs refurbishment of its rooms and proper functioning internet. At present, this hotel merits only three stars if it gets its hygiene up-to-standard. If not, it should be closed for endangering clients' lives.
