  good for a 3 star hotel

  In August it is stupid to go to lignano, because the hotels there are much to expensive. We paid in this three star location 170 per night + 10 per day for the beach and 15 per day for parking! In Jesolo we paid for a 5 star hotel in Juni 280 including all the above items

  perfect stay

  in a recently refurbished hotel , we have found excellent service and friendly hospitality .placed in the center , near to main shopping street and seaside , this hotel offers quite rooms and really good internationl breakfast . a place to return

  Excellent

  The location of the hotel is very good although at night it can get very loud (caused by the music from the bar at the shopping street). The emloyees are very friendly, helpful and have good german skills. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, also the baby bed was in good order. Breakfast was comprehansive! Only thing which could be improved is the wifi and tv signal. Parking is a bit expensive but you can also park outside for 7 per day. We would defenetely book the hotel again!   Spacious, clean, friendly with a secure bike area

  Good big room with a balcony. Friendly knowledgeable reception staff with very good English. Clean hot shower. Steady fast wifi. Close to restaurants. Safe storage for bicycles with a lock up storeroom. Reasonable price. Breakfast was filling with a friendly balcony atmosphere.

  Pleasant 2 day visit in Oct with great weather

  Room 301, near the elevator This nicely kept and well located small hotel provide a nice two day stay for us in early October. We were unable to park near the hotel as the street was blocked off for traffic. The hotel is located on a busy main street and as it was a beautiful Sunday there was lots of pedestrian traffic. We were able to easily find parking nearby (free at this time of year after September 15th). Although we booked twin beds, the bed was one, though a reasonable size. The room was small but functional not a lot of room for suitcases, though a reasonable sized closet. The small TV had 10 channels (none in English). We appreciated the small night tables and the reading lamps. The bathroom was nice with new and very functional fixtures. There were a fair number of mosquitoes and no screens on the windows. Breakfast is wonderful. The lady who gets things ready and serves is wonderful and very warm. She asked us how we would like our eggs and made us coffee. We were able to choose from a large selection including; lovely little buns, butter, cheeses, yogurt, myriad jams, various breads and biscuits, cakes, coffee, juice, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, milk, etc. I cannot imagine what this place is like in the season but it was a pleasant place for us to visit in early October. Very little was opening, shopping-wise but we had a reasonable selection of bars and eating options. We didnt use the parking at the hotel as it was free on the street.
