Bastante sucioPensamos era otra cosa. Un hotel familiar. NADA que ver. Tiene buena ubicacion y el desayuno es bueno tb, con lindas vistas de la ciudad pero no es recomendable para ir en familia. Solamente me gustó la ub. NO volveria.

Good hotel in good locationClean, quiet hotel in town centre. The hotel serves breakfast & dinner on top floor; this has a good view of the sea, Hotel is a little expensive for what you get. Breakfast is satisfactory; it could be improved by offering fried eggs & omelettes instead of boiled eggs. Close to airport bus stop.

One of the best location to stayStayed 2018 and 2019 during the month of July. My wife is Canadian and little selective with the hotel staying, because of the location she prefer to stay here. Location is the most ideal place, you walk about 15 minutes to west to the bazaar (Kemeralt) and about 15 minutes to the east to Kibrs ehitler ( for shopping and Entertainment). The Kordon is, Steps away, at nights you can walk by the sea side or visit restaurants or pubs. It was ideal for us to go shopping at the Bazaar during the day and enjoy sea side walk and dine. Hotel would need to upgrade the rooms. Lighting in the room was good but would like to have more lights around the mirrors. Unfortunately, no iron in the room. Our room was at the sea side (this is the one of the reason went back to the same hotel on 2019) for me it is one of the best spot of Izmir. We visited the room before registering to the hotel. Ferry is cross the street, the bus passes at the front. For the tram, you will need to walk about 10 minutes (south west). Taxis are steps away. Thumbs up for the staff. They did all possible for our comfort. Restaurant of the hotel - Other then the breakfast, we did not use the restaurant. Breakfast is decent but will need little more choices. I would suggest to some kind of additional selection (at least every second or third day). There are plenty of restaurants around. If you are thinking touring around Izmir or out of Izmir, there are few agencies around (also one just beside the hotel). Over all, I would suggest to stay at this hotel.

Average, needs a refurbPictures looked better then real life. The carpet in the room looked like it had better days cream isnt a great colour for a hotel. However the cleaners during the week did a good job at tidying up. Lovely big windows in room. Heating worked well. Only one lift so you had to wait quite a while sometimes. WIFI worked well enough for my chrome stick. The room bed and bathroom were a decent size plenty of room. Have to walk a while to get to any tube station but we got a taxi to Alsancak lots of stuff there was about 10 tl per way. You can walk to the see front and pier in a matter of seconds was refreshing. Over all wouldnt stay there again defiantly needs refurbishing but was okay for a few nights. Staff were friendly water was replenished in the fridge in the room everyday.

Great location and good value for moneyPros: Location of the hotel is perfect! Right next to Pasaport Pier for the ferry, short walk to Konak in one direction and Alsancak in the other. Waterfront property but entrance is on main street behind. Closest metro stop is Çankaya very easy to find hotel from there. Rooms super clean and spacious and comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Have good advice on where to eat. I recommend Topçu just across the road! Due to ongoing building work and as they were full, they offered us a free late check out on our last day as we had a late flight. Would come back again next time I am in Izmir for sure!!! Cons: Not much I can say that I didn't like. Many channels on TV but none in English. Plug in the Jacuzzi didn't fit properly so had to keep foot on it to stop water draining. *only relevant if you are staying here very soon from now (end of sept to start of Oct) not sure how long it will last but there is renovations going on on 7th floor it's been completely ripped out. Lots of noise with drilling and hammering etc. We spoke to reception staff who got the workers to not start until after 10am.
