  Ninguna queja del hotel y todo correcto. Comida muy buena y buen equipo de entretenimiento (Fiona and Eddy). Piscina de buen tamaño y mucho sitio para descansar y tomar el sol cerca de la barra. *****

  Fabulous holiday

  Was very impressed with the hotel facilities food and staff were amazing... right on the beach.. ideal location. would definitely come back..staff so attentive.. was wary coming here after reading some bad reviews but cannot fault the hotel or staff at all.

  Hotel should be a 3*

  I have just come back off holiday with my boyfriend, we went for 2 weeks. Ill start off by letting you all know the food was inedible! The breakfast was gross my boyfriend was chewing on plastic in his scrambled egg as shown below. Lunch time food was so repetitive! Food also there was gross. If you like chicken nuggets and chips every single day then youll be fine but not my idea of a nice enjoyable lunch. The tea time food was again everything repetitive nothing different. We struggled to even eat the food there as we only ate in 2 nights. The entertainment wasnt the best either. It was the same dancing people pretty much every night and bingo. Nothing to do in the hotel apart from the pool and the sun loungers. The cleaners were good they cleaned our room every day fresh bed sheets and fresh towels. If you are looking for just a drunken few days here with your friends then its ideal but not two weeks with your partner. Wouldnt come back to this hotel.

  COVID safe hotel

  Just had a 11 day visit during COVID 19 felt very safe and hotel was excellent in keeping us safe. How ever we were disappointed with the food and eat out a lot I understand from people who had been previously that the food had been much better before COVID but I can only speak from our visit.The rooms were adequate and we were luck to over look the pool area room 223. We paid £22 for the safe which was none refundable. The beds were very hard however speaking with another guest (all be it the end of our stay) had we asked they would have put a mattress topper on. Towels were changed every day and beds a couple of times. A bone of contention for me was the pool towels which I was told by pool guy could only be changed once a day at set time ! Hotel entertainment team worked very had both daytime and evening and made us laugh with there chicken clucking music and MORNING shout out lol

  Security lady made our holiday one to remember

  We stayed at this hotel for 1 week. It is a larger hotel well situated. Very spacious clean rooms with kettle provided. The food was awesome!!!! I mean there was so much choice and tasted great! (pictures of desserts was all from the same evening just to give you an idea how much choice there was). Has it's own private beach but loungers are very uncomfortable, they could use a soft pillow for sure. Staff very helpful and friendly. There is a security kiost at entry of hotel where they take your temperature (Covid). The security lady (sadly enough did not get her name), she deserves a medal!! Super friendly and always up for a laugh. When we arrived at hotel and when we were waiting for our pick up at the end of our holiday, she was the one making our holiday memorable. Can't wait to go back with a little gift for her. If someone knows her name please let me know :) I would recommend this hotel for sure!
