  Estuvimos en este hotel un dia de paso a nuestro siguiente destino , la verdad es que esta bien , la piscina esta genial , el desyuno es bueno y el resturante tambien.Esta cerca de las calles del pueblo y en la puerta hay trasporte para poder moverte por alla

  Never Again to this Resort Worst We have Every Stayed in

  Three good thing only to say: - - Staff friendliness good and trying to help - Island Hoping arranged good choice by them - Swimming pool large and great for families Not So Good - Room was large but everything was OLD, a) Windows did not close properly, b) Air Con no control remote work sometimes but mostly not, c) Shower taps almost rusted solid hard to use and water pressure poor, d) Fridge no items although there was a charge sheet, we placed water in the fridge ourselves it froze in the normal fridge area, e) Mosquitos no spray at all by staff we had to ask. - Food what food one should ask: - a) Breakfast set buffet but not a wide range and no offer of menu even if you wished to pay we managed to get some fried eggs and ham. Understand if not busy but on the Friday and Saturday was busy with a range of visitors from different countries but food was not matching the visitors. b) Seriously if you stay more than two days what a boring menu and very limited. c) They even run out of chicken wings and fruit on the Friday WHAT a resort running out of simple things is really unacceptable for lunch yet when we went in the evening guess what they had them where from I do not know - Beach There is none although the water is close to the resort and you can see sand there is no beach - Grounds - Poorly maintained although they did try and keep it clean but a lot of mosquitos around - Transport - No DRIVERS or Vehicles Available ????? Only way to get around is to request reception to either call for a taxi or van hire not good - WiFi - NONE in rooms even outside this was poor - Management no communication of welcome and can only guess they were there - Whole place looks like it only opens for summer and was only opened not long ago this was confirmed by some of the people we came in contact with who confirmed this. - Others: - if you want to scuba dive this is not the location we did dive but we found our own shop on the internet with a little help from the reception staff. Note they charge PHP4500 for a 2 dive trip per person yet when we booked it costs PHP7500 for three people

  My husband and I booked a garden villa here as our final stop in the Philippines as its not too far from the airport, however its miles away from anything, doesnt have a beach as it suggests but instead has murky looking water thats a bit smelly. You cannot get a taxi driver willing to come out that far, which forces you to use the hotels. A taxi from there to the airport using Grab, was showing approx 380php, unfortunately no drivers were accepting the journey so we had to ask the hotel receptionist to book us one and were told it would take 20mins. 45 mins later it finally turns up which at this point we are panicking about being late to the airport. The taxi driver then charged us 1000php! Horrendous considering it should never cost more that 400php for that distance! The resort itself is run down, I found a maggot on my pillow, my husband left a bit of sprite in his can inside the room for an hour and it was covered in all manner of bugs! When we arrived and were shown the room, there was someones hair in the shower plug and it didnt not look as if it had been cleaned at all. The free wifi isnt available in your room, you have to sit at the bar or pool to get any, which isnt great at night when the toads are jumping in and out of the pool near you and the bats swoop right near you. There were only a few positives about the place and that was the bar staff. They were very friendly, funny and always happy to converse. We had great service, food and cocktails from them.

  Doesn't worth the price....

  I'd like to say before to start that the staff of the hotel, but the reception, is very kind and helpful, unfortunately they work in bad hotel. We spent almost 100/night per 4 nights in a poolside villa, but we only last 2.... (paid them all anyway). As soon as we get there we found: All the structure seems run-down. The outside table of the villa was as dirt as possible Only one sugar bag and no spoons All the drains beside the pool were rusty, the pool was dirty. Ants in the bathroom. Food was good, but with a very poor choice. The beach isn't a beach. You can't swim in the ocean, looks like you're under a pier in a Port. On top of it, there isn't anything in the neighborhood that worths to get off the resort. They only have the prices of a well rated hotel, but worth barely a 2 stars in Europe standards. Last but not least, they rent the outdoor spaces and facilities to outsider for parties, getting the quiet and relax off.

  secluded and old resort

  we were looking for a place in mactan to chill out on a weekend and we found this available resort online. we immediately booked without bothering to check its reviews. much to our dismay upon arrival, we found ourselves in a resort that badly needed a renovation. rooms were really overpriced with the kind of accommodation and services you get. wont enumerate the cons cause it clearly outweighs whatever pros you could find.
