  DISASTER...Choose only if this is the last hotel left

  DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES. I had booked for 2 nights in Parkland, and had a horrible experience. Since the booking was made on phone the realty stuck me once i reached hotel. The room had no windows, all wall plastered was out and ofcouse like my fellow traveller , bed sheet were soggy. In 20 min I decided to check out. Then the hotel staff started blackmailing since the booking is done I will have to pay 4000 for my 20 min look around. When I resisted then put me to a better room, but imemediately asked for advance. None of the bsuiness hotel take advance. This was thier tactic to make me stay in thier haunted hotel. The second room was on third floor where no lift worked so I had my share of workout just by climbing stairs. Breakfast was another disaster.My best moment in the stay. The check out.

  Very bad experience

  I have stayed twice at this particular property of Parkland along with my colleagues and both times their service has been pathetic. First time when we stayed , the water in the bathroom used to be brown in color. Their was perpetual stick of sewer (both times). The wifi is extremely slow. The TV does not work (they told us they haven't paid to the cable guy). The breakfast has very limited option. They have different ext. no. for housekeeping/front desk/coffee shop but most of the time nobody is there to pick so one has to call on all three to get the work done.Food is average quality and in th rooms they provide with bru coffee sachets and some local tea bags. Room rent we paid was 4500/- per day with breakfast and this is what we used to get. Even the soap kept in the bathroom had a weird smell. The only plus is they have big rooms.

  No gym and internet

  I stayed at this hotel from 9th to 12 July booked through makemytrip. When I checked the hotel is supposed to have Gym and internet. There was no Gym and it they should update the information. Internet is not working at all. Breakfast and food quality was very bad.

  Average Experience not so bad

  Althouhg the locality is good, that is somwhere around nehru place ,it is good. hotel needs to improve the room service and also on fascilities as some basic fascilities like internet must be there. overall its a good place

  Terrible pathetic place

  When I reached the hotel, the first impression itself was not very good. The reception was not friendly and had a look like "koi bakra mil gaya hotel mein rehne ke liye". Then I went to the room. OMG....terrible. The room did not have a latch-lock from inside. So anybody can open my room from outside. The bathroom was small and the shower cube did not have a door. The fixtures were rusted and leaking. So I asked to change the room but the manager was not ready to change the room for me. In the morning, the water in the basin tap was white in color and had some froth in it. Considering all the stuff I was facing since the last night, I preferred not to complain and brushed my teeth with bottled mineral water. In morning I asked for tea in my room and they straight away refused saying that the buffet breakfast is ready and I should have tea there. The windows do not have any view. The beds were reasonably good and sleep was comfortable. Location is also centralised and good. My suggestion to all - In case all the hotels in Delhi are packed, please sleep on the railway platform, but dont go to this Hotel.
