  Friendly Staff

  The hotel has a very good location. They also have free parking which helps because most of the city has pay parking.they also provided us with free tram tickets which takes you around the city and that was fun.

  In its class - basically "excellent" because of its staff

  We stayed in the hotel which is, effectively, 3 star and everything was very good - but the staff "raised the bar" and made our stay "excellent". particular tribute must be made the restaurant staff who did a brilliant job at breakfast and then exceeded that standard at the evening meal. Certainly not "corporate", not always as "professional" as you might expect - but they made our stay !!! Superb

  A good basic hotel with excellent breakfast

  Me and my family stayed here for two nights when visiting Rügen. The hotel staff was very friendly and we noticed that the hotel seems well managed. A lot of parking places where available. The room (standard double) was clean and ok but no balcony on our room. The beds where a little to hard for our taste. There is a super market next to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Conclusion: nice basic hotel!

  Comfortable and great value

  This hotel is in a peaceful location just a few minutes' walk from Sellin Ost railway station (for the narrow-gauge steam railway). There's a bus stop directly outside with frequent service to Göhren, Binz and Serams (where you can change for numerous other destinations). The main street in Sellin is a 10-minute walk away, and the pier 20 minutes. There's a supermarket (Edeka) and a bakery right next door; unusually for Germany, both are open on Sundays. Our room (a standard twin room) was modern and spotlessly clean, with a good bathroom. The beds were a little bouncy for my liking but I slept well. There was no noise at night. The free WiFi was very good and reliable. There were plenty of power sockets in the room for recharging devices. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold options. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, from the time we checked in until the time we left. Above all, the hotel was excellent value for money. I'd definitely stay again.

  Wonderful stay

  We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it. We were hearty greeted in the reception and were given a lot of information that was very useful. Due to Covid-19 there was no cleaning during our stay. We were compensated with a bottle of wine. We could fetch towells in the reception if we wanted the, changes. This worked very well. We traveled with our daughter, and got a two room flat, which was very comfortable. According to her, the sofa bed was one of the best she had slept on. The kitchenet was clean and well functionning. There was a supermarket and a bakery right next door which opened early. The beach is about 8-10 min walk away. The same distance to the main street with several good restaurants. Parking reasonably priced.
