  Really nice place!

  Our homebase for our Easter Weekend in Leukerbad. Welcome was super friendly and we felt like home from the first minute we got there. As a pleasant surprise: We got upgraded to a suite, which was in great shape! We loved our room. People in the hotel were friendly & helpful. Definitely a place to return.

  Lovely hotel with own thermal bath

  We, a family of 5, had weekend gateway at Leukerbad. We booked 1 suite and 1 single room, which is housed at the new building (just opposite to the in-house thermal bath). Hotel is centrally located, walking distance to cable car station, Leukerbad Therme (the public thermal bath), sports centre and restaurants. Rooms are newly renovated. Clean and spacious. Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is good.

  Amazing stay and fair price

  I was here in September with my friend, it was her birthday gift and she was so amazed. We stayed 1 night here, i booked the standard room, wich was perfect, clean and the beds were so comfy. The staff was simply so friendly and helpful, it felt like home. We visited the Torrent Pass first, in the evening we went to the spa and visited then the Gemmi Pass the next day. The Alpenthermen SPA which is very quiet was also amazing, it's not that big as i expected, but it was really relaxing and romantic and is just 5 steps away from the hotel. If you are lucky with the weather even if you want to do a 2 days escape and you don't leave too far away, i definitely suggest you to stay at this hotel. We went by car and there is a big parking lot, again 5 steps away from the hotel door lol... and it costs 14 per day... i will book another 3 nights and i will visit this sweet hotel with my boyfriend :)

  Booked 2 rooms as part of walking holiday in Switzerland . The manager was super helpful and the room super clean and in good order.The breakfast and dinner we had in the hotel was too a high standard.

  Nice people, but with outdated policies

  Parkhotel, like many, had to close due to the current health crisis. Unfortunately, they aren't offering refunds. A voucher for future stay. Anything less than a full refund is not acceptable. If I were you, I would not stay here -- need to update their policies!
