  Ok for one night

  Stayed one night on our way south. Hotel was average. Room was fine. WiFi was not very good. Breakfast was ok but served in a very large Hall which was not very nice. Parking available at the Hotel at 8 euro per night

  Nice hotel near city center

  Single room was really small but clean. The hotel is near the city center where you can find some shops and restaurants. The price for the hotel was really nice, so it is a great option for short stay in Fulda. Breakfast was good.

  ... then you are right here ... from the outside it does not make the greatest impression ... but if you then in the hotel ... everything really changed ... great modern decor ... even if there is no elevator ... the rooms are good to reach ... the rooms are not large but perfectly adequate ... clean ... Television ... unfortunately no free WIFI ... but everything else fits .... great breakfast. .. with a cook the fresh stuff prepared ... delicious ... price / performance is in my opinion unbeatable for Fulda ... staff very friendly ... already alone if one in the morning from the staff at the breakfast welcomed and passed .. . has become rare ... you have style ... thank you for a great overnight ... I will certainly come back ...

  The hotel is situated near to the center of the city, and thats all the good things I can mention about it. Rooms dusty, carpet on the floor needs renovation, pillow worn out, stuff doesnt speak English except one. I was directed by a member of the front office in to the garage with a big bus after having asked twice and mentioned the size of my vehicle, she insured me that there is no problem with it, after turning the bend in to an open parking space I found my self in a narrow parking space filled up with cars, with no possibility of exciting the parking with out doing any damage, in order to avoid the parked cars and turn the bus I damaged my roof top, on a carrying bulk, I immediately informed the girl in charge of the front office and she called mr Christof Weisenborn the so called manager or in German geschaftsfuhrer. Mr Christof who his knowledge of English equals a child of 2 learning to speak, ( manager of a hotel that wants to be considered serious) needed me to switch in German, so he could understand what I was saying, first he didnt believe me and raised his voice against my denying all I was saying, afterwards He asked the girl and she confirmed the story. That was the good part of the story, after that the promises started, I will contact you and I will ask my supervisors, meanwhile I have send several mails and called two times with out getting any reply from him. But guess what,we where there with a group. hope someone reads this reviews and has the courtesy to contact me, otherwise I have to conclude that this hotel is nothing more than a touristic hostel that just doesnt care about his customers and only cares for a one night public. Mr Christof Weisenborn the title you are holding is heavy and comes with responsibility. My room was 350 and we had 6 rooms, to be continued!!!!

  The hotel is decent and pleasant, but there is one thing that mourns! First of all, this is my third arrival and so far nobody at the reception told me that the breakfast was included in the price and while I am traveling a lot it too much for me to ask every time in every hotel if I had to pay extra for Breakfast or not. Some Hotels has simple and visible data! Furthermore, is it really necessary that a hotel guest during breakfast Büfetts is being asked for identification of the room where he stayed? It turns out that everyone comes to breakfast so he has to prove he has paid and stayed in the same.
