  Perfect Overnight Stay

  Stayed here Sat Night 17/8/19 and (For Budget Accommodation) there was nothing to fault!! Reception was attended when we arrived and the room was (for Budget Accommodation) perfect. Would definitely stay here again !!

  Convenient & Reasonable

  We stayed as a family in the family suite and pretty happy with the room and facilities. Parking is interesting- a little bit all over the place, and would recommend arriving in daylight areas. Have heard from friends that it can be a meeting place after dark for some seedy characters- and we did hear from our room - a dispute at 11 oclock at night between some undesirables. Room has been modernised and has reasonable facilities and was clean and can not fault office staff. Would recommend ringing for a booking as we got a much better deal by going direct. Booking.com=$165, over the phone offer was $150... thanks! Close to some great spots- beach and shopping- would stay again- but hope it continues to clean up its late night wanderers.

  Less than impressed

  Managed to book a room online through their direct website and it all went through, then I received a phone call from the manager letting us know this room was booked out. He would not acknowledge that the mistake was made on their end and did nothing to ensure that we could get another room for the same price. Only offered us another room for a more expensive rate ($30 extra). Manager was direct and rude.

  Pleasing to Us - Again.

  We have stayed at this Motel on (3) three previous occasions for long term periods of up to (3) three months visiting Australia from our Central European residency. We would not return if it was not to the standard that I rate this motel . We take a suite which is pleasant in size spa and shower plus microwave oven and refrigerator all of which are maintained in a high level of over-all cleanliness. The large King size bed again was extremely comfortable and bed linen immaculately white and clean. Split system heating in the room is adequate for the needs of the changeable fickle Melbourne weather. Off street parking is not short in space which is another bonus to consider your stay. Incorporated into the motel building is a Indian Restaurant that is QUALITY and mid range in it's pricing. They deliver to your room or suite and you will not be disappointed at the sheer quality of there cuisine standard. We will return AGAIN to this motel when we visit the "land down under" being Australia and trust you enjoy your stay as we have in our past visits.

  My recommendation.... DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL

  Parkdale motor in is a place where "Launch Housing" sends homeless people. Displaced, Drunkards, Psychotics. Police are called often to attend to fights & arguments. Whilst the advert states internet. It should advertise internet only sometimes. Asian reception is non-caring & nonchalant to your complaints.
