  Fantastic place with a wonderful reception.

  A truely terrific place. Very helpful staff, and clean, tidy and modern. Nice and close to Alfred Hospital. I will stay here again when having hospital appointments. It is a safe and secure place, and peaceful and quiet. Close to a couple of takeaway food outlets, and public transport at the door.

  Excellent as usual ,have stayed regularly over last three years, one stay of about five months. Staff always go out of their way to help, property always very clean. Excellent position close to city and Alfred hospital.

  Great Staff & Location

  Staff, service were excellent. Just a few issues with the room facilities. TV Remote did not work, as well as the DVD but were fixed the same day. Freezer did not work in the fridge, and there was a little mold on the shower curtain. Mattress was very hard, but that is just a personal thing. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay there.

  Fantastic apartments

  I booked 10 apartments for my family as w e attended a wedding nearby and was so impressed with this property the service from the staff was amazing we were made to feel welcomed on arrival and as for the apartments they were very clean and spacious and great value for money I would highly recommend these apartments

  Short & sweet

  We had a function to attend at West Beach Pavillion and Park Regis was the perfect home away home that met our needs in the right location and affordable. Frankly, it was a perfect deal $$$. A lovely surprise. Concierge at front desk, greeted me with a smile on his dial and super friendly. The room was super cosy and comfortable. Huge bed. Huge bathroom. Clean room with bedding and towels. Hand sanitiser available. There was an iron and ironing board in the large wardrobe (with mirror on sliding door). A hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Cute mini kitchen with mini fridge (milk and ice cubes). Wine glasses, tumblers and tea cups. You know what? It had all the basics you need to have a cuppa and washing necessities. I forgot to take photos of the outside and lobby of the building but you can clearly see the little soaps etc. Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend you check it out. Thank you
