  Family visit in August

  This is the second time to be in the hotel, so we knew what to expect. The hotel is well prepared enough room size, good location, nice building. Overall all is fine with direct link to the spa. We like the surrounding as well good for long walk and to relax a bit on a slow down environment. Perfect. Professional staff! BUT the cleaning was not that good as on the first time. (end of 2018) The bath was exreamly dated and dirty at all. Mildew in all corners and broken shower head... was very disgusting. Very bad experiance from a **** hotel. Sorry. We called for help at the front desk. The staff was very helpfull really shower head fixed in a minute but the mildew remain... :-( One more thing: during dinner would be nice to call for formal dress due to many people does not have enough culture to recognise the suitable dress code. If the hotel would recommend this via written etiquette would probably change... if you don't define the limit - you will downsize yourself... Dear Mgmt! We would probably give a try next time as well - due to water in spa nearby - but please position your hotel to the level where needs to be. You have professional staff - which is valuable in Hungary nowadays - but focus on cleaning and etiquette as well and will be a better place to go. Thanks.

  Nice stay

  The best thing about this hotel is that it is connected with thermal area which is next to the hotel. Rooms are spacious, bright and all of same standard. Rooms could be more clean but this is only our feeling because we compare it with some other hotels in Europe where we got rooms that were better maintained. Food is fine, choice is really wide. Sometimes it is problem to get some drink because staff is busy. Receptionists were really helpful.

  New hotel close to the thermal park

  We travelled here as a family with two daughters in november 2019. The hotel is new , clean and very good furnished. The big advantage was for us unlimited access to the thermal park, which is directly linked to the hotel. Thermal park is divided into several zones - entertaining with water slides, spa with healing water and relaxing. The staff at the reception are very nice, willing to give advice, check in and check out lasted only a few minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised by the restaurant, a very large choice for breakfast and, of course, a food counter was also available for people with food intolerances. dinner was a bit weaker I would welcome more dishes from regional cuisine. The only minus I give the size of the room, since they gave us two extra beds in the room could not even move. Perhaps it would be better to limit the sale of rooms to only one extra bed. In winter there are not very many people and activities to spend time in the city. However, around nature is very nice, so you can go on a trip. we were on the lookout in a forest park above the city, to see the Little Balaton nature reserve. Also, the resorts of Lake Balaton are not far away.

  Polite staff, comfortable rooms

  We used the hotel and its services for a weekend. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning till the end. Breakfast and dinner was plenty and various. As usual beverages and alcohol for the dinner is not included in the HB, prices were adjusted to the level of the hotel (beer is 5 EUR, cola is 3 EUR etc.) Rooms were comfortable and clean, good idea to install the LED ambient lighting, kids really liked it. Parking is provided for a fee (5 EUR/nigh) in the garage. The hotel has a direct access to the nearby spa.

  Short stay

  I only spent one night on business at the hotel. Due to an epidemic, the service is breakfast only. The price is right. The room is clean, comfortable bed. Staff helpful. I will visit the hotel several times.
