  Hotel y personal de primera

  Acabamos de volver de pasar una semana en Ischia de vacaciones. El hotel Park Imperial es un muy buen establecimiento para descansar en calma. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero siempre estan muy límpias y ubicadas en una zona muy tranquilas. La piscina exterior con agua caliente es un atractivo más para apostar por este hotel. La comida es muy buena y el personal, tanto el de cocina como el del hall, lo hacen todo más facil por su simpatia y amabilidad. Mario, el maitre, atiende a todos los clientes con su buen humor mientras Salvatore y los otros camareros hacen todo lo posible para que no falte de nada en el comedor. El personal de piscina también es muy agradable. Volveré seguro en mi próxima visita a la isla. La relación calidad-precio es más que óptima.

  A very nice hotel!

  Marina, St-Petersburg, We had a rest in this hotel last summer, August 2016. This is a very nice hotel! We liked everything! The territory is rather big, beatiful and well-groomed! Rooms are clean, nice, all necessary things were in the rooms. It was cleaned every day and very carefully. The food was various and delicious. There were some interesting entertainments several evenings - music, songs, disco. But the most important thing - people who are working in this hotel - everyone ( on the reception, in the restaurant, cleaning staff) is very polite, very helpful, very attentive to each host. And thanks to the hotel staff the atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly, very warm like at home :) It's a big wish to come back to Ischia and definitely to this hotel!

  Basic facilities but very attentive & helpful staff

  My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The decor in the rooms is a bit outdated but very spacious and clean. We were quite young (in our mid-twenties) as lots of elderly guests but we liked how many Italians were there and it had a more authentic feel. The breakfast was reasonable but the biggest highlight was the staff. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. We were greeted very warmly every morning for breakfast and the lady on the front desk was fabulous- organising us electric bikes and our transfer back to the port when we left. There are delightful restaurants nearby- our favourite of our whole Italian holiday was ristorante pietratorcia. There is also a shuttle bus every 15 minutes down to the local beach and to the thermal spa- Poseidon.

  A lot to improve ,not a great hotel

  With my family we spent 10 days on this amazing island.Ischia is really a lovely place to visit.unfortunately I cant say the same about the hotel,where we had so many problems from day 1.the cleaning of the room wasnt amazing,we found mosquitoes dead on the wall,the room was infested by mosquitos.we had then a massive lick of water from the a/c.we had the room change,again problems.unable to use the balcony as outside there was a hornets nest,and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I got neck stiffness. I have decided to have a massage,where Patrizia was very professional and friendly.i cant say the same about the blond girl at the spa reception(Caterina I believe is the name),very unprofessional.she didnt welcome me at all,founding her on the phone without caring of me waiting.when I had then the massage she didnt respect my privacy coming in the room while I was having the massage asking in a really rude way to Patrizia what she was doing to me.about the restaurant we met Nicola,he looked after us in a such great way.the food wasnt great every day,breakfast quite poor and we didnt really like to choose what to eat every day from the menu.we were expecting a buffet where u can have more options.also in the room not even a kettle with a complimentary coffe or tea. Thanks God the island was very beautiful but the hotel a total nightmare.they definitely need to improve.

  I'd like to say not so good as I wanted

  The hotel is too simple to enjoy with all things you wish to have for your full happiness. At first there isn't any territory to go for a walk, but only the way to the dinner hall and back and the possibility to swim in two pools (open and close) with termal water of different temperatures (more hot water is in the close one). It seemed to me the food is the most weak part of the hotel. No, you can eat all food you have chosen, but it's not tasty. And what especially sad that you can get absolutely fine food if you are not very lazy and ready to stand in line otherwise it will pass you by. I meant only having a dinner because the breakfast and lunch are the same for everyone. About the sea I can tell that it's not very comfortable to reach the one only by small bus every time you want to do it. It is because the hotel is on the hill and it is too far from the beach to walk. The beach does not belong to the hotel, it is for everyone but it has a very nice soft sand and I liked it very much. The sea water was warm and clean and I've got a great pleasure to swim. So I can recommend this hotel for those tourists who isn't ready to spend a lot of money but can be contented with that conditions I have described.
