  Increible resort

  Espectacular resort con alta calidad de servicio, muy buena comida. Las habitaciones muy limpias, con una vista del mar increible. Para mi caso que fui sin niños, tienen una piscina solo para adultos para compartir con tu pareja y relajarte.

  We arrived at the PH post Christmas for a stay through the new year. Following the St Kitts covid protocol for testing, arrival was fairly simple- and kudos to the island nation for the organization and clear direction upon arrival at the airport. Having stayed at the property twice before- it was a no brainer to come back- especially to take advantage of the deals due to the covid impact. Glad to come here and support this beautiful property and amazing staff during this time. Due to covid- the property is sparsely populated with guests- thus making this experience feel additionally remote, unique and special. I can go on and and on about the beauty of the property, the beautifully detailed design of the buildings and spaces or the beauty of the surrounding natural landscape- But, the main reason Im compelled to post a comment is about the exquisite personality and warmth of the staff. EVERYONE is exceedingly warm and gracious- but the folks you see daily as your servers for breakfast lunch and dinner- are stellar. The staff to guest ratio almost feels one to one- we seemingly always have the same servers at every meal. To the hotel management- I have to make a special shout out to Juliet- who served us most mornings- shes so friendly and nice- it was the best way to meet the day! We didnt know what to expect given the covid protocols- but the PH St Kitts is handling it professionally and seamlessly, making our third time here the best ever! Thank you!- we cant wait to come back.

  Great COVID Escape

  Lovely hotel by all accounts. While there were a few glitches to start, the hotel came around and together to deliver a great experience. If U are looking for a place to escape, the PH is great. They take masks etc VERY seriously. It is reassuring and I commend the team for their efforts to take care of their guests and themselves. No elevators or enclosed spaces at all so there is plenty of social distancing to say the least Chef Terrance made an amazing conch dish and local lobster - some of the best food was in the free cooking class! Raura (may have her name wrong) knows the history of rum on the island in depth - even if you dont like rum (I guess there are some!) worth it to hear her history lesson. Enjoy a 'ting with a sting. I feel terrible I cant remember the name of the young man @ water sports shack. Took us on a great trip & pointed us snorkeling right where to find a giant turtle. This guy is awesome! Adriel was the happiest person in St Kitts, I think. He is always smiling Shevonn @ pool was ALWAYS on it - bringing us cocktails, towels & ALWAYS a huge smile. If you come for a long time, since you cant leave the resort due to COVID restrictions, you may get a little tired of the restaurant fare. Give 869togo.com a try! They will bring food from restaurants all over the island - 869 is area code for St Kitts in case you are wondering The sushi restaurant they partner w/ is awesome. All in all, a very nice relaxing escape from the COVID world we are all living in.

  Slice of Paradise

  There is definitely some logistics involved in ensuring you get a negative test within 72 hours of travel, but once you get that it is totally worth it! Currently there is low occupancy, so it was approximately 5 or 6 couples the week we were there so had access to anywhere at the pool, dinner reservatiobs when you wanted them, kayak / paddleboarding activities, and yoga which was usually just you and whoever you sign up with. The food was very good (only one restaurant open each day for lunch and dinner, but there is a website as well that will deliver to the hotel from around the island which is a nice option for a night in. The stone barn experience and breakfast were our favorite as they were both delicious! The staff makes you feel welcome and ensures you enjoy yourself and are having a nice stay and are genuinely eager to help and provide anything additional that would make you more comfortable.

  Safe Haven for Covid Travel

  Had a very pleasant stay here during Covid 2021. The hotel is very careful to keep everyone safe and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Service was good and the scenery was nice as well on the property. They also have Le Labo products which is a major plus in the stay! Food options were limited as some of the restaurants were closed on the property and then the ones that were open had limited options for dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would return.
