  Great for Large Groups

  We stayed several nights at this hotel while on a Grande Prairie Army Cadets tour of Italy with EF Tours. The hotel has several buildings and we got one building all to ourselves which was great. The rooms are average but the beds are terrible. Everyone had issues with the poor quality (you could feel the springs sticking into you). The shower was also just a trickle and sprayed all over. The restaurant was ok and provided suitable meals for a large group. We had another couple that was travelling with us and they were is a different building. They advised that a large group of youth staying in their building and kept them up all night running up and down the halls. If you choose to stay here you may want to ensure there are no youth groups in your building. On thing to note is that traffic in this area is horrible in the morning. It took over an hour for us just to get a few blocks from the hotel to the highway.

  Converted monastery. Simple.

  My students and I stayed here while we were visiting Rome. If you want to be pampered, this is not the place for you. If you want clean, simple accommodations with beautiful scenery and peace - this might work for you. Just be aware that many student groups utilize the space. The pool and restaurant area was awesome and the staff was friendly.

  Horrible atención al cliente

  El hotel está inmerso en una zona verde muy bonita pero muy descuidada. La entrada del hotel no tiene iluminación un callejón de unos 200 m con pinos al que es muy desagradable entrar de noche tanto sea caminando con el coche si vienes de Roma. Los alrededores del hotel son horribles. Suciedad por todos lados y prácticamente sin aceras. La habitación deja mucho que desear. Muebles antiguos la cortina muy sucia y rota y la ducha llena de cal. Al fin de cuentas todo esto podría pasar un poco más desapercibido si la atención al cliente fuera lo mínimamente aconsejable. Nos hemos sentido absolutamente incómodos con el personal de la recepción y el bar. Malas miradas y no daban el saludo. No se interesaban en ningún momento por la situación del cliente. He dado muchas vueltas por muchos sitios y he visitado muchos hoteles, mejores y peores que este, Pero la atención al cliente de este es la peor que visto y vivido en toda mi vida de viajero. Absolutamente desaconsejable.

  Hotel pick for England,Ukraine and Brazil to use wile staying for world kickboxing championship

  Very basic hotel with nothing to do nearby. Nearest supermarket is a good 30 minute walk. The hotel its self - Bedroom basic with hard beds and showers not always working, Reception/lobby was used as the bar area for guest to relax and have a drink. Bar never had anyone on to serve you and you always had to find them. Plus none understood English. Breakfast very basic and even used a different room for privet guests. Pool closed but the hotel charged 12 euro when it is open to use it.

  Don't make the same mistake!!

  This is very bad accomodation for anything.. Wifi is really bad and at some point it totally stopped working and they didn't do anything about it for the next 12 hours!! One elderly male receptionist was looking at me in a very suspicious way like I was a thief or crashed in this "hotel" even though he saw me the night before. Also around 2pm we asked them to make us a dinner for that evening and they said it's not possible because they have to hire kore cooks for that. And cleaning lady trew some of our shorts under the bed, which was sooo dirty and dusty.. and maybe took a thing or two like snacks and drinks. The only positive thing is that it's so far from city and that's why it's so peaceful.
