  Unexpected and Interesting Good Value

  We chose the hotel as it was to be a meeting point the next day. The staff were good and helpful. Look at the paintings in the lobby as there are quite good. The Room was spartan, but had everything and plenty of space. It was modest and everything was clean and fully functioning. Look carefully at the room as the decorating is unique. The wifi worked well and had no restrictions on the number of devices. If I had to be in the area, I would gladly return.

  Great stopover when heading north from Fiumicino airport to Tuscany or Umbria

  Just a minute's drive from A1 autostrada intersection, this is a modern comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast. There is also the benefit of a good restaurant next door which serves great food and lovely Umbrian wines. We are just about to re-book for our September trip.

  Lovely little hotel - convenient to travel!

  We enjoyed our stay, even though it was just a place to overnight. They welcomed our dog wholeheartedly, which was nice. The grounds were delightful and the art... wow! Apparently, the son of the owner is the artist? Anyway, the pieces in the hallway on the first floor were fantastic! The coloring was simple, yet soothing - perfect for a hotel (or a home).

  Good transit hotel

  Well I think that it is the best you can find around this area. Staff is very kind and breakfast is correct from the average italian prospective ;) Rooms are small but clean and modern. A lot of stairs and corridors to reach your room, can be annoying at the beginning. This hotel is correct to stay a couple of days.

  Great Stopover between Rome and Florence!

  We found the hotel on Kayak.com and decided to stop for the night here based on good reviews. Service was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist greeted us kindly and helped us find a room that suited our needs. They have an amazing restaurant attached that probably had the best food we have eaten since coming to Italy! The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were memory foam. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
