  Anticuado y baja calidad

  Anticuado y con un mantenimiento deficiente, por ejemplo jacuzzi en la piscina estropeado y con mala hierbas. El desayuno de baja calidad, toda la bollerías industrial, no hay leche natural, manzanas pasadas. En la cena el agua te la cobran a 3 euros y en el desayuno el agua es del grifo aunque la ponen embotellada. De la decoración mejor no hablar. Pesimo

  Would not use again

  Very rude and arrogant reception staff. We had a problem with our room which they refused to rectify until we contacted the shearings rep...Food was awful unless you like salads swimming in dressing or cheese on toast, no entertainment to speak of, the pool was freezing cold but the area around the pool was nice. Very steep hill to climb which we were not told about upon booking. On the upside the restaurant staff were very pleasant except for the manager and the hotel room cleaners were always cheerful..Shearings and the hotel owners need to amend their brochures, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel I wouldn't even give it 2 to be honest

  Enjoyable stay

  I was a bit dubious about the hotel having read some of the reviews but was surprised at how far off the negative reviews were. We stayed for seven days in a large clean room, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the food was varied, plentiful and delicious. Sure the hotel was a 15 minute walk from the town but a shuttle bus is provided free of charge. Large, tidy gardens, large outdoor pool. The reception area a large open area with plenty of seating.

  Not 4 but 2 star hotel.

  The rating of this hotel is completely wrong.... Everything is very old and worn down. Maybe a 4 star hotel 30 years ago. Ok breakfast,but with a lot of reserved tables..That made the rest crowded. I think check out at 10 is too early also. BUT was just happy to get out of there after one night. Moved to a 2 star hotel on the beach with better standards (same price) not 1,2 km from everything. Well we fell for the pictures of the swimming pool and garden and that was quite nice. The lunsj they served was warmed in a micro.. Bad value for money. Not all rooms have a nice terrace..   VERY shocked and upset at the service provided by the hotel  Oasi.(like all other shearings pple who were there). My holiday has been a 60% disaster because of this hotel. Upon initial arrival I was told by that all twin rooms have gone and they have only single rooms left. I HAD PAID FOR A TWIN ROOM and was told at the time of booking that I will be given a twin room but was given single room. There was no welcome drink. No water. No kettle no iron in the room. Moreso there WERE NO TOILETRIES IN THE WASH ROOMS....NO SOAP. NO SHOWER GEL. I purchased my own shampoo etc for entire The towels we're not replaced first 3 days. I dropped them on floor and despite that housekeeping was rubbish and didn't replace them.Also only one towel was given. No hand towel. No face towel etc. I asked Gloria the manger and  she rudely said are only one person so you get only 1 towel? She is so rude and treats guests like rubbish. Bed sheets we're not changed daily despite me removing them. No wifi in rooms and even on and off in lobby. I tried using TV.  Didn't work....went to ask  Gloria to assist. She was speaking to her Friend on mobile phone and ignored me for 40 minutes. She REFUSED TO HELP!!!!!! Saying she is not a technical person. I left it there. Hence no use of tv for 8 days. No entertainment provided by hotel so bored in evenings. Room had flies every night. Housekeeping came to kill flies!!!!! some people intercom not working. Couldn't buzz them to meet up. breakfast good but no vegetarian cooked options available.Dinner was poorly and chefs were themselves unsure of whether dish was vegetarian or fish!! bus shuttle very ....lost my way twice and ended up paying for taxi. Wrong timetable for bus shuttle provided ny hotel. Had to walk down in heat.(eg. Timetable said shuttle at 12.25pm from bus st to hotel. Driver drives passes by to say last one was at 11.40am) . I feel stupid.Had to take cab. the worse thing about this hotel is that all along we reported this to the manager Gloria but no action was taken. She made no effort . Disgusting hotel. Apalling Service. It's a bait to capture newcomers, trapping them into thinking it's a 4 star. I would rate it 1 star .....a dying property with staff with bad attitude. They don't speak english well. Garda is beautiful. Stay away from this hotel.
