  Lovely place

  I loved staying here. The hosts are friendly. Staff is helpful. The breakfast was great. For the price one gets more than you pay for. Thoae who complain just like to complain. It was clean. Lovely view from my room. It IS budget but u know this when u book! But It is central to the town and many quaint restaurants. I walked from here to the lovely Annen kafee which is awesome. Wine is on the house and so is beer and other beverages. If in the area I wont even pick another place. Great value for money.

  Budget for sure

  We stayed here for a weekend, although the hotel is central,with beautiful views, don't expect good food or service, half board consisted of bread or rolls, eggs, cereal and sweaty ham and cheese slices. Dinner was soup, 2 crochet potatoes with a thin slice of ham and the tinest bit of veg. Dessert was 1 small porfitirol. The owner is the only person running and serving in the restaurant which means you may wait for food. There is no choice for dinner everyone gets the same food whether you like it or not!! Our room was in the loft on the third floor it was clean but booking.com Said we could check in anytime before midnight but the owner Said it was 4 and that he wasn't sure our room was still available when we arrived. By the lift there was 4 tall crates with dirty bed linen in. Also if you get the train make sure you book a taxi as there is no bus service. The owner and the hotel smells of sweat and cigarettes.

  You get more than what you pay for

  Is this the best hotel ever ? Certainly not but it's not half as bad as people write here .... Staff is friendly . Location is superb . Food is more than adequate , morning and evening . I was never hungry and never disliked something . Drinks are included and as much as you like . Rooms are spacious and clean . I really don't understand why some people complain .... given the price , this is more than correct

  "Fawlty towers" in Bad Hofgastein

  Rooms are small and simple, cleaned only once a week. Not really clean, food is tasty but there is not a wide range of variety. Vegetable and fruits could be rarely found. Definitely not a 3-star hotel. Pictures are not up to date.

  the hotel is in a very good location ,just a 5 minute walk from the center,the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable ,the food is well presented and ample unless you are a greedy guts,the staff are friendy and helpful would definatley stay here again dont understand how some people complain think you would find it hard to find a hotel offering what the park offers for the price cant wait to return thanks to all staff for my lovely stay
