  Not grand - but GREAT

  This hotel came in just handy! Needed quality for money for a single night and found a very personal touch by the reception - she really cared!! Got my small room early and found all I needed: a clean quiet room with - I am not kiddin' - the best shower I have experienced in any of the many hotels I have visited. Breakfast was Danish and offered a cold buffet of what one needs for breakfast in a quiet atmosphere. I really needed this hotel and I got more than I thought and more than I paid for. And the lady in the reception who I luckily met both during check-in and check-out: she diserves five stars for her nice watching observant and kind service. Sincerely

  A touch of class

  Small classy hotel with a touch of old fashioned style. Drinks on th terrace off the library bar very welcome on a hot day. Staff friendly and helpful with excellent english made the 2 night stay very enjoyable

  Your second home

  A really nice hotel close to everything in Frederikshavn. Small and cosy. The host offers you a warm welcome, and it is like, you are their most important customer. It is definetly like their slogan says; your second home close to Skagen.

  The Park Hotel - Charming and Quaint!

  We stayed here in July 2019 for a week. So very charming, not your typical big chain hotel. The staff is very kind and ready to assist with any needs. They serve a great breakfast, meats, cheese, breads and ever-so-creamy and fresh yogurt! I like the fact that you can open the windows in your room and get fresh air and look out to the street. My only negative is the room is small and there is no elevator. So we were up and down stairs. But if stairs are not a problem for you, this is a very nice place to stay.

  Very bad experience

  I continuosly tried call them up they were not picked up the call..if they receive my call without any conversation they continuosly rejected the calls..are you guys providing this type of service and calling a 5 star hotel..due to covid-19 i dont think so the hotel us busy too as they dont get time to receive the call..its a minimum courtesy..Very disapointed
