  Una vera vacanza

  Ubicado en un lugar de una belleza natural inigualable, la estructura ofrece una serie de servicios orientados a hacer sentir a sus clientes en total relax. Personal disponible y organización distinguen a esta instalación, brillando excepcionalmente por sus dos formidables piernas, la gastronomía y la animación que personalizan con exclusividad el valor del centro. De destacar la plausible creatividad y entusiasmo del grupo de Animación y su preclaro Simone cuya actividad en los espectáculos y giras turísticas ejercita una notable fuerza gravitacional en los presentes. La relacion calidad precio en mi opinión, ¡Excelente! Algunos puntos se pueden mejorar pero un su totalidad muy buena.

  Not recommended

  We have booked via travel agency, a big group, families with kids, a 7 days ski trip. The hotel looks old and dusty. When we arrived the young lady from the reception was sitting chatting in the office behind the reception eating chocolate, and was not very friendly with us, very limited conversations. The rooms apparently were ready for guest but the furniture very old, we had a quadruple room, the 2 single beds horrible to sleep in, we only had to use during the night the bedsheet and the cover from the bad, no blanket. Also the covers were dirty and with some holes in them. Bathroom in the same stile, old and kind of dirty. The food was average, no special kids dishes, and for the gluten free u could only find a carton box put on a table that was full of documents...just to be there. The pool area very smelly due to the cleaning products they are using. The animators employees very unprofessional, the way they were dressed was like they just got up from a sleep, and the shows were easy to see are not well structured or prepared. As a positive aspect I can only mention the guys that work at the ski rental shop from the hotel, very supportive. I will not go to this hotel again, it was very noisy, not clean, and definitely not 4 star.

  Great hotel for family ski trip

  We found the hotel really convenient for our half term break. All staff were friendly, helpful and kind, especially Marco behind the bar. The ski hire equipment was of a good standard and quality. The location of the hotel is excellent right on the bottom of the red, so you can ski in and out. The hotel is situated on its own with no nearby restaurants and shops so no wild apres ski scene here. The room we had was clean, although the beds could be better. room TV had no English channels. not a problem for me. Recommended for families

  Half Term family Ski Trip

  We have been sking as a family of 3 for several years and consider ourselves as experienced skiers but class ourselves as one week a year wonders. We can get around and down the mountain with some confidence. we booked our trip with Crystal flying from Birmingham The Park Hotel gave us all we want in a skiiing holiday, it was easy to get to with a reasonable transfer time we arrived at 1-00 pm and were given our room straight away. The room was smallish but with a bit or organising everything could be put away in the drawers and wardrobe. It was clean, had fresh towels almost daily and we had a balcony with a great view down the valley. The staff were very good friendly and professional and responded to our request for a softer pillow almost very quickly The food as stated is buffet style and we had no problems with it at all. There was always a great anti pasta selection, 2 or three choices of pasta with different sauces(the tomato sauce was as good as anywhere i have been in Italy) and 2/3 selections meat with veg plus a generous selection of deserts and fresh fruit. Yes there were some food we didn.t know or recognise and different styles of presentation. The vension ragu was one of the food highlights for us. We took our own bathrobes and swimming caps and loved the pool, jacuzi and steam area. the pool does get busy and nosiy with all the children, but the staff do try to keep some sort of order. Children are not allowed in the hot jacuzi so there was always a game of cat and mouse with the kids trying to get into the Jacuzi. The ski rental shop was very handy being on site but the boot storage area was very poor. It was very warm but had no boot warmers as such only shelving. Strangely it opened at 0815 in the morning so you had a rush in the mornings to catch the first lift The evenings for us were a bit dis-jointed with the piano bar and kids entertainment all laid on but happening too late. With the piano bar starting before evening meal it was all a bit adult until then. the kids entertainment started a 9.00 pm , in the main we didn,t make it we were far too tired. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldrecommend the hotel We skied Maddona about 12 years ago but this year the Skiing was not what we expected, the whole ski area from top to bottom was crammed to the brim, i think every country in europe was on half term this week( I think Poland must of had the largest contingence). There were hundreds if not thousands of people on the slopes, 10 to 15 mins que times for the lifts was the norm. Come after lunch the slopes became too lumpy for fairweather skiers like us . It was like skiing in treacle Most days we skied accross to Maddonna on the first lifts available but so did a lot of others, so it became a bit of a stampede, worse was the level skiing which at most times was inconsiderate but also very dangerous. The red 10 down to get the link became notorious it was every man for himself and sod the rest of you, pushing in and aggressive skiing across you was normal as was the quickest kid on the slope(the kid that hurtles down a packed slope skiing at a lunatic speed hoping that no one gets the way) We did get into a routine of coming back on ourselves to ski the pristine slopes which worked to an extent but paid the price by having to que much longer. Folgarida/Maddona is beautiful and has some great pistes and mountain food stops but for people like us it was far too busy and dangerous. I would not and cannot recommend skiing this resort as a family at half term to anyone

  Your home in the Alps

  A very memorable experience I must say. The location is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and amenities made our stay even better with round the clock entertainment. I would have loved that they kept the pool open all day instead of closing at midday for a while.
