  Pleasant hotel

  Nice, pleasant hotel, comfortable room . Very nice staff on the service. Food is good and choices of food are good. Walking to the town Cavalese is only 15 minutes and it is nice walking to nice town.

  Amazing...but....

  During our stay, we were generally satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean, regular cleaning, balcony, view on the slopes ... everything was perfect. Two things that slightly marred the positive impression it was a wellness center and breakfast. Wellness Center only has limited opening hours from 15 to 19 hours; if traveling to more remote ski resorts, is nearly impossible to catch before dinner wellness, plus officially after 17 hour restricted entry of children into the pool logically pleased that I found very restrictive, but in fact it was not heeded. Wellness was very nice, there was water for drink gratis and fruit, a pool would welcome greater care, was not the cleanest, there swam hair and debris, in other pools in Italy you must wear caps, here not. Many people didn´t use before entering the shower and nobody guarded it, jacuzzi had a very strong chemical smell. Sauna was fine. A second observation concerns the breakfast, which was very tasty, although every day the same, but it would not matter, but most days it took a long time supplementing basic things like the cheese, ham and eggs. Dinner was according to the order the previous day and had 4 courses and they were excellent. When spare capacity can be parked in the garage, which was very nice, but sometimes complicated due to bad parking of some people. Downstairs in the garage was also a drying room for ski boots, which were always full on arrival, only once was the place for our family but unfortunately the heating did not work on shoes and boots we remain wet. But I recommend this hotel, our five nights was amazing.

  Great winter family holiday

  Bellacosta is well equiped hotel with wellness, very large space for children. The staff was mostly very friendly and food in the restaurant was nice. There is nevertheless a space for improvement at the breakfast. The buffet was too poor. Overall we were very satisfied and having really a great time in the hotel and on the slopes of Alpe de Cermis.

  Beautiful hotel

  Nice comfortable hotel located in the heart of Dolomites. Modern and clean spacious rooms with good supplies of coffee and tea. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice afternoon tea. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner . Wellness and activity room are well equipped. We would recommend this hotel to everyone .

  Good value for money

  We stayed a full week in the hotel with our children, with half board. This hotel has some serious plus and some drawbacks, but overall, it is a good value for money in the area On the plus side: - the interior design is nice, traditional "chalet style" without being too much... you feel well there - the pool and sauna are accessible without additional charge - the food is 90% of the time good, 5% of the time excellent if not exceptional, and 5% average (and we are very difficult when it comes to food) - we really liked the breakfast with possibility to have fresh apple/carrot / orange juice.... the smartest toasting system I ever saw in a hotel and a fantastic coffee machine - the receptionist gave us some excellent tips, notably for the rental of ski material (probably the cheapest place of the valley from what I saw) - the staff was generally nice, and even though they did not all have an excellent command of English, they all did their best to help us. - there is a genuine atmosphere of "pensione" more than an atmosphere of hotel... On the minus side - the Hamam, sauna, and jacuzzi are strictly forbidden to children. I can understand the rationale why, but in similar hotels where we stayed, children were allowed under the supervision of an adult at least once a week... so our children were disappointed. Once again, I understand the rationale, and we obeyed the rules of the house. - the soundproofing of the rooms was not optimal... the family next to us was really quiet, but we could hear them getting up very early in the morning and very late in the evening .... or when using the bathroom... - this was a full season, and they had a table with a family of 25 that was nice people but really loud... it was possible to swap us to a quieter table only after 4 nights, but to the credit of the hotel... they did move us as soon as they could - the place is charming , but there is a lack of overall charm, and of personalised service... the carpets are a bit worn out, ... the place could do with a bit of remodelling... An overall good stay, good value for money, and maybe with a lower-peak season this could be an extraordinary experience
