  lovely place to stay

  Outstanding staff and a very homely feel to this hotel. The hotel is spotless and comfortable and some rooms have a very beautiful view as the hotel is at the top of a hill surrounded by trees. Very good food too with lots of vegetables for vegetarians in the buffet, plus a very helpful, pleasant waiter willing to please. Refrigerators in the rooms also made things easier. The family felt very well looked after and cared for by all the staff. A great stay.

  Fantastic staff, great food & a great location

  We loved this hotel and were there for 2 weeks. The staff at this hotel really make your stay great. They are welcoming, really accomadating and helped me hugely when I lost my phone. The food was consistently good and the rooms generous in size with lovely views to the front.

  Lovely experience

  I enjoyed the hotel. Pleasant staff, great location, nice spacious rooms. The breakfast was not bad either. It's a good place to stay if you want to be in the wine country as it's located in the heart of the Chianti region.

  just what you need to have a great sleep, in a great place, at a great price.

  the hotel is a little "tired" but lives up to it's reputation of offering a clean and comfortable stay at a good price and also the professionalism of the owners shows in every aspect of the service they offer - the check in was smooth and quick, our room had a great view on the 2nd floor and a big balconey, the room provided everything you would expect from a good priced hotel, the fridge worked and also the air conditioning was excellent - the brakfast was served to the new standard and was very ample, great, good hot cappuccino, big choice of sweet and savory and a garage or parking literally on the door step - the position is the best for the springs, and a nice wlak to the old town but again the welcome, the smiles and the sense of tranquility that this hotel gives, in an amazing position in the val di chiana has to be the bigget winning point - you are all so kind guys, and i wish you all the best, i will return undoubtedly, rita and gennaro, avellino
