Perfect place for Holidays

Like in heaven
Really feeling like in heaven everywhere you go in everything you do. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, spa is so pleasant, super clean and with perfect atmosphere. Playing tennis or badminton is pleasure in those wooden smelling halls

**** is a bit more than realistic
Spent a family Christmas there with the purpose of mixing wellness and sightseeing of Prague. Having experience with numerous 4 star wellness hotels in Hungary I have to say that this hotel is a bit overrated (or maybe the Hungarian standard, with thermal baths included, is higher). On the positive note we could play various sports which we loved. From this perspective the hotel is well equipped. The entire building is clean and our room was quite spacious. It is certainly a negative experience though that there was a complete shutdown on Christmas Eve around 4pm. Not a single program, open facility etc. Also, there is literally nothing in the room, no coffee, tea, water boiler and the mini bar is pretty much empty. It is not a big thing but just basics in a 4 star hotel. Be aware that you will be charged for 7 EUR/day for the car parking which is not obvious beforehand. Im not pretty sure that the hotel is children friendly in the sense that all the paintings and pictures all around have sexual content and directly depict genitals in some cases. My 11 year old boy didnt really appreciate that. Avoid the restaurant belongs(?) to the hotel. There are tiny portions for a bunch of money. Also, I'm quite sure that they cooked frozen food and served instant mashed potato (i.e. from powder). This restaurant is the worst place I have ever been.

nice hotel far from noise
Very nice facility. Good restaurant. I was there 2nd time and lady in reception didn't speak english so it was weird. Very nice sauna zone with pool next to it. Great breakfast and quite nice and clean rooms. And quite close to the highway (5 min) so good connection with Prgue center or go to Brno direction.

Manager rude
I send for a business trip and my family went together. ( children 2 and 5) . Recepction: I arrive late and in the recepections was very kind. Restaurant: good food, price is normal but only one person speak english. Except the gym and the po everything is extra charge, also ping pong. The bowling was nice and good place but open only Friday and Saturday. Rooms, good the space is nice only one comments is regarding the blanket that is too small. Breakfest, simple but good. Problem. The manager is not prepared to work with hotel client, he works for the club. My wife went to swingpool and when she enter in the space this person that "said" was the manager shouted my wife and said that the swingpool this time is only for clients.. he asked what am i??.. and she said I will use the jacuzzi, he said that this time was not allowed so my wife requested the rules because never was presented for us and the guys didn't had. The problem was not the rule but how this stupid person talked. Later this "manager" continue facing my wife during this day. He had luck because my wife were with the children and when I arrive this guys was not in the hotel. I think the most important is the client from the club , I think the guys needs to decide what business to develop or prepare better the staff to work with 2 different type of client. For children I not recommend this hotel, maybe for a couple is better . For me a manager like that should.be looking for another opportunity .
