  Luxury in the middle of the woods

  We went for a late night cup of tea in this wonderful hotel situated quite a long way from the center of town. The place is quiet, the air is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. There was a nice selection of teas, and we also had a selection of different blinis which were the best we have tasted so far. The decor is cosy and elegant, and the visit left us feeling relaxed and happy.

  Last night of one long week in Russia

  Arrived at the hotel at 6:45 am in the morning and although we obviously could check in, they sorted us out with some breakfast. Checked in on our return from business about 8pm that evening and because we were exhausted, just retired to our room. Although we didnt make use of them facilities in the hotel looked good. Breakfast was good quality, even though they had arranged especially for us at 5am in the morning. Bath in room was very welcome.

  far away from the city but worth it

  very good hotel which I did not expect in Syberia, the only thing is very hot in the room during the winter. They have very good sauna, jacuzzi, so called bania

  The only thing better than the room was the dining... fantastic

  Let's face it, there's not much choice in a coal mining town like Kemerovo and all the other hotels are Soviet era dumps, so one goes there with very low expectations. This place surpassed ALL expectations. The check in was fast and friendly and the ladies there spoke excellent English. The room (business room) was large enough and nicely equipped. Bed was comfortable, bathroom large and spotlessly clean. Two problems only. Like most Russian hotels - even 5 star - the place is horrendously over heated, so you must regulate by opening the window and using pillows to get the opening the right amount to offset the terrible heat. The other problem was the internet. It was good and fast on the first day and totally out in the whole hotel on the 2nd day. Staff were unable to fix it. The best feature of this hotel is the dining. All of us in my group found every aspect of every meal delicious, well prepared, properly cooked, etc. The dining room service was good as well, despite the language barrier, everything was well looked after. I'll stay here every future visit to Kemerovo.

  The best in Kemerovo

  If you consider to stay in Kemerovo this is the hotel to stay! Also the restaurant is the best over there. You have to drive about 2o minutes to the city centre but this is only choice to stay in good place. Another hotels are more or less soviet era remainder so stay better at Graal.
