  Great hotel. Very helpful staff

  Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the receptionist lady help us with the translation English - Italian. When we travel there in March 2018 a female receptionist helped talk on the telephone to a long-lost relative of ours and translated everything we said. It was above and beyond her responsibilities and we appreciate it so much

  Excellent hotel from all aspects! Highly recommended!

  We stayed here for two nights and it was the best four-star hotel that we have stayed in while in Italy this time. The room was spacious with a balcony that had a sea view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was just great with piping hot water. While not a five-star luxury hotel, it certainly provided all that we could have asked for. Alessandro at Reception was particularly helpful. The other staff at Reception were happy to assist in making a lunch reservation for us at Trabocco Punta Tufano, which is located just south of San Vito Chietino on the Trabocchi Coast. We ate at the hotel restaurant on the first night and could not believe that we were the only ones there, as the food was outstanding. We had homemade pasta with shrimps, courgettes and ginger; and the assorted cured meats. This was followed by an insalata mista and the baked monk fish with olives. We absolutely loved the bottle of Cantina Zaccagnini, which is a Cerasuolo dAbruzzo. It went perfectly with our fish courses. The waiter, who was from Sardinia, recommended it for us. On the first afternoon, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the hotel spa, where I had a fantastic body scrub and massage. I felt totally relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards and was very grateful for my treatment. The hotel had its own private beach and while we were there they were busy building breakwaters out into the sea and lifting enormous rocks using a caterpillar backhoe, which was fascinating to watch. The beach was clean and if it hadn't been so windy and cold, we would have spent more time down there. Next time!!

  Excellent stay

  Would recommend staying at PHI hotel in Alcione. The rooms are large & very clean the staff on reception are first class ( Thank you all ) Breakfast was fresh & a very relaxed atmosphere again the staff are first class. We will be returning. Thank you all :)

  Exceptional

  We have stayed at the Park Hotel many times over the last twelve years and would not stay at any other hotel in Francavilla. We referred our friends parents to the hotel this August for there first time in Italy. I would like to thank the staff at the hotel for giving them a wonderful stay. They raved about the service, the food and the facility. THANKS AGAIN!

  It grew on us....

  Wasnt sure what to expect but this hotel was modern but a wee bit tired. We arrived to find the last free parking space outside the hotel & checked in easily with a lovely friendly receptionist. The room was modern & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired with rust around the shower door. Spotless though. We had a nice balcony as part of the superior room booking. Staff were lovely in every part of the hotel. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choice & staff serving buffet items. Sitting outdoors was pleasant in the morning sun. I would recommend staying here as its in a great location. Pool was closed on 11 Sept as it was too cold even in 82C so check before you travel if thats what you want to do whilst visiting. Close to their beach if you prefer the sand.
