  Hotel familiar "amable"

  En todos los aspectos negativos, la amabilidad del personal, lo hacia superar. Positivo: a) Amabilidad y trato b) Relacion calidad/precio c) Ubicacion, playa, tamaño de las habitaciones d) Limpieza Normal a) Comida, los segundos platos y desayunos pueden mejorar Negativo a) Las actividades del club de niños, bastante flojas b) Piscina fria c) A las instalaciones se le podria hacer un pequeño upgrade Si, volvería

  Awesome experience!

  Last summer I spent my holidays in this amazing hotel that made me feel even better than my same home. I'm a 40 years-old man and I was there by myself. Rooms very clean and quiet, great view to the ocean. I'm very lazy in the morning, so I called the room service almost every day. They gave me lots of choices for my breakfast the whole time! Food is just spectacular... at the Parco dei Principi Hotel you can taste the difference when something is fresh and hand-made. Big menu for every meal. The choices were all great: from the traditional meat to the fresh, just caught fish! The staff was professional, friendly, and kind. I wish I was there right now. Absolutely looking forward to go back there and relax again.

  Huge decline in quality compared with last year

  This is the second year in a row that we are staying in this hotel with the family. And despite we are usually quite spontaneous booking our holidays, after last (2017) year we booked our stay well in advance to ensure we have it confirmed as we, without exaggeration, loved it. And how disappointed have we been to experience significant deterioration in the level of service, first and foremost in their restaurant. Being from the business myself, Id summarize 2018 year experience of myself and other families, as severe cost cutting. It comes across, particularly in comparison with the year before, that owners decided to maximize profit by cutting cost. And while revisiting the cost base is usually a very healthy exercise, when it is done as if there is no tomorrow, then it is a very unhealthy and shortsighted move which is very detrimental to the business as recovery will take much time and money when compared to maintaining it. Unfortunately observation on quality is not only our opinion, but also of over 10 families staying with us. Few examples I want to share: food in case not finished is served few times, variety vs. last year hugely reduced, quality of service is miserable: burger sausage from kids menu was fried with slices of plastic and served to my daughter of 5y.o. And as many others write: pasta for lunch and dinner every day, over and over again. To balance the feedback, I should point out that swimming pool maintenance, beach facilities and rooms cleanliness are above expectations and well sustained compared with previous year. Therefore a word of a friendly advice to the hotel management - pay attention to your canteen and improve the quality of food and service there, else your next year and years to come will show much poorer business results.   Great hotel

  Just spent a great week in a family room. Staff were very friendly, made you feel welcome and well looked after. The restaurant food was good quality with plenty to chose from including choices for the kids. I think the hotel was full, but you wouldn't know it with everyone using the space around the pool, on the beach and easy access to town. The pool was very clean (spotless), entertainment lots of fun both in the evening and if you wanted to join the games at the beach, then all invited. It was great to have free access to bikes to get into town (5 mins) and there was also an air pump at the beach bar to save you. Beach is easy to get to (2 minutes) and there were plenty of deck chairs. You can pay for sun beds and also pay to be on the a row next to the water if you really want, but i couldn't see that was necessary. Special thanks to the restaurant waiters and bar staff and front desk.
