  Relax in personal luxury

  Paradise Island Villas is definitely the place to stay if you looking for a personal, luxury holiday. We had the most amazing experience. The complex has 12 villas in total and theres plenty of space. All the villas have private gardens and plunge pools plus theres two large pools, playground, tennis court and gym. The setting is stunning and we love the style, every area has been meticulously designed for luxury and comfort. Eleni, Paul and their team work tirelessly to ensure that everything is perfect for you from the moment you arrive at the airport. The villas are beautifully designed, Eleni & Paul ensure that they think of everything before you need it - and are always on hand to help with anything and everything. The food is so exceptional, we ate in the restaurant every night, wonderfully looked after by the lovely Babis, and loved everything from the Lobster, Fishermans Soup, moussaka and kebab dishes. The Cretan wines are delicious and Babis ensured we had the perfect pairings with our dinner. The breakfast is definitely worth adding to your package. We had an absolute feast every morning from eggs and fruit platters to pancakes and waffles. Michael is there all day to look after you, our kids loved him! Everything is set up to make it easy for the kids. We were in Aphrodite villa, next to the restaurant. The complex feels very secure plus the villas have alarm systems and long range baby monitors so we had such a treat of being able to have drinks and dinner every night in the restaurant whilst the kids slept. If you didnt feel comfortable doing this, the full menu is available as room service so you could eat inside the villa or in your garden too. Such a wonderful place, well definitely be back and totally see why so many people return every year and why every review is as passionate as ours. Thank you so much!

  The most incredible week, with incredible hosts!

  Paradise Island Villas | Crete Oh, where do I start? Weve spent the most amazing week at Paradise Island Villas. I seriously didnt want to leave! From the second we arrived (even at 10pm!) we were greeted with big smiles, refreshments & a big welcome to paradise! - We immediatly felt at home & like part of the family. Their concept is just perfect, it makes for the most relaxing holiday whether youre a couple or a family like us. There are 12 villas in total, all with amazing facilities as if youre at home which is what we love when were travelling with Arla! The Villa We stayed in a 2 bedroomed family villa, called Hera (meaning goddess of women) all of the 12 villas are named after the greek gods & goddesses adding a real touch of Greek charm. You can tailor your stay to include what you need for your little ones. We arrived to a highchair in the kitchen, baby monitors in her room, a cot, baby stair gates, toys & most importantly, a fence around the pool! They really have thought of everything to take the stress out of travelling. Plus, we had a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor dining area & our own swimming pool with jets. The Pools Each villa has its own pool, which was great for when Arla was napping. There are two main pools to use too. We hopped in-between all of them! The Food & Drink The Ambrosia Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner using fresh local ingredients. They even grow their own olives & bananas, which of course we loved to sample! Arla absolutely loved running to breakfast every morning, it melted my heart to see her get so excited! She tried so many foods, including THE most amazing waffles & fried breads - Delicious! The Location Paradise Island Villas are quietly tucked away in Anissara, around a twenty minute walk to the beautiful local beaches. The turquoise water, shallow rock pools & shady spots made them the perfect day trip with little ones! Extras Theres a gym (not that I ever used it!) but it has lots of great equipment. They have Tennis court & a really cute little shaded play area. (we spent lots of time playing!) Each pool has jets included, so you can swim against the current to keep fit. (Again, I just floated on my lilo rather than partake in any strenuous activity) They can help arrange spa treatments, water-sports, car hire & day trips etc. They offer a shuttle service to take you to the beach & back, we used it once but we liked to walk so Arla could have a nap! The kitchen has cutlery & dinnerware for kiddies too - Its the little things! They have blackout blinds for the kids room too. The people Eleni, Paul, Mike & the team are all utterly incredible. They really make the place so special. I felt so emotional leaving - Ive never felt like that before! They just made our trip so amazing, especially the way they interact with the kids, they make them feel like little VIPs! I loved watching Arla play with them all, shed always wave and giggle as soon as she saw them, so cute! If youre looking for a holiday to escape everyday life, I cant recommend Paradise Island Villas enough, its just been such a perfect week all around, I wish we were staying longer, its been just what we needed! Quick note on Corona Virus - They have EVERYTHING right! They all wear masks, have hand sanitiser everywhere, bar snacks are served in sealed plastic bags, wipes are given at dinner too, theyve gone over and beyond!   Fabulous Paradise Island Villas!

  We Travelled in August 2020 after rescheduling a trip that was cancelled in June because of the corona virus . We thought long and hard about taking this trip as one member of our family had been shielding , but having travelled here before we felt assured that the Paradise team would look after us! This in fact was our eighth trip to Paradise . We travelled as a family of four with one teen and one young adult , yet again the paradise team surpassed themselves and we felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. We stayed in a different villla this time , we think we have stayed in 5 all of which are unique and have their own highlights. The menu had changed from the previous year and we enjoyed some new delights as well as some long term favourites. If you want to escape to a little bit of paradise then I cant recommend paradise enough , as always we must mention the wonderful team, Eleni,Pol, Mike and Babis along with all of the other staff who go out of their way to accommodate alll of their guests, we truly love Paradise and will return.

  Everything done right and well - absolutely focused on giving you best customer experience

  What can I say - you absolutely can not fault the boutique experience Eleni, Pol and team set out to provide! From the moment you arrive, everything is thought through - the villas are great, roomy with everything you need - in this COVID world, all the staff are protected and the you are provided with everything you need to make you feel safe - they even think through the daily housekeeping ensuring everyone feels safe. The food is great, truly authentic and every night bar one we had the special. They remembered little details which made you feel special and always were their for a chat and catch up with advice, ideas and suggestions! If Babis tells you to try the specials, try them!! I honestly cant thank everyone for making our week great, and especially for how you reacted when we had to leave early due to quarantine - we wont forget! Jon & Sarah

  A wonderful stay

  Before we arrived to Crete, Eleni and Pol were already very helpful with all the details for our trip. Once there, we truly enjoyed the personalized attention the team at Paradise Island delivers to guest. Anything we asked was immediately taken care of. Eleni was giving us tips for our day and suggestions for tours or beaches. The team at the bar/restaurant was amazing. We enjoyed Zac, Mike and Babis service and their amazing recommendations for wine or dishes. The wine list (we tried all the whites) is highly recommendable. Also considered trying is the fish soup (beware you can eat 3 portions each so do not order a starter) and the slipper lobster-this one is slightly more pricey than regular lobster but it is the most amazing lobster meat you will have. For breakfast try the greek yoghurt, is amazing! Our villa (Hera) was absolutely wonderful, has everything you need; the garden and the pool are just perfect. The bed is very comfy (you can chose hard or soft mattress) and you got a choice of 2 types of pillos as well. We were sorry to leave...could have stayed another week!
